Farmhouse the Mausset

In the heart of the Waldensian valleys immersed in the woods at a thousand meters high in an ancient alpine village stands the Mausset farmhouse. Stone walls, lose roofs (Luserna stone) wooden carpentry .... everything as it once was ... with the innovation of photovoltaic and solar systems that ensure energy independence. The architecture has not been changed, thus giving rise to small apartments that can be communicated with each other so as to allow even small groups (max 10-12 people) to take advantage of the place. We promote simple and ecological tourism where the key word is self-management, guests can take advantage of equipped kitchens using, if desired, the company's products (goat cheeses, eggs, vegetables, preserves, meats ...) which vary according to the season.
Ideal place to relax, for walks in the woods, for mountain bike rides or a starting point for more demanding trecking.
