Oasis of relaxation in the Dolomites (Valcomelico)

The House Aldo and Ines 'a villa of the first half' of the 70s, built by Aldo De Lorenzo Noto and his wife Ines, as a sign of love for their homeland, the Cadore.
Now this house is managed by their daughter Lucy and her husband Albert.

The "INES" apartment of 75 square meters is suitable for a couple with children.
It equipped with digital TV, microwave oven (on request), sun patio for the summer.

In front you can admire the Popera, the Ajarnola and Longerin, which are the main peaks. An ideal place to quickly reach many different destinations, such as Cortina d'Ampezzo, Auronzo, Sappada, Tre Cime di Lavaredo etc

Everything was great! The host was very welcoming and the place was very clean and was a perfect place to enjoy the Dolomites! I would highly recommend and would stay again if my travels bring me back to the area.

Schöne Zeit in Comelico

Wir haben die Unterkunft Ende August - Anfang September gebucht. Die Wohnung kann variieren je nach Anzahl der Personen, wir hatten eine große und üppig eingerichtete mit dem besten Bergblick. Die Lage bei FeWo wird tatsächlich falsch angezeigt, ist aber sehr ruhig trotz der Nähe zur Straße. Beides am besten vorher direkt mit der Gastgeberin klären. Viele Parkplätze in der Ferienzeit (Schule nebenan). Ca. 10+ km bis zum Kreuzbergpass, 30 bis Toblach und 40 bis Missurina(see). Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Wir behalten von diesem Urlaub die besten Erinnerungen. Ein Tipp mehr: viele Attraktionen heutzutage günstiger bei Onlinebuchung. Solche wie Pragser Wildsee - nur online, mit vielen Tücken.

Freundliche Vermieter, aber dunkle, feuchte und unbequeme FeWo

Bewertung für Objekt Nr. #6959938 Buchung Nr. HA-C333V6pp Freundliche Vermieter, aber dunkle, feuchte und unbequeme Ferienwohnung!! Positiv: Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht es alles recht zu machen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Auch gibt es verschiedene Geräte, wie Heizlüfter, Bügeleisen und – brett etc. die nicht selbstverständlich sind. Aber: - Die Wohnung liegt in einem ganz anderen Dorf als angegeben (2 Dörfer hinter Padola in Candide), ziemlich abgelegen. Es gibt nur einen A&O-Laden. Restaurants und andere Infrastruktur findet man nur in anderen Orten und erfordern stets die Fahrt mit dem Auto. - Die Wohnung hat nur kleine vergitterte Fenster und ist recht dunkel, feucht und kalt. Die Hand- und -badetücher waren daher stets klamm oder leicht feucht. Eine Trocknung war nur bei gutem Wetter draußen vor dem Haus möglich. - Das sogenannte „Wohnzimmer“ ist eigentlich nur der Eingangsbereich hinter der Eingangstür. - Das Sofa und die beiden Sessel sind stark durchgesessen, abgenutzt und so unbequem, das wir darauf kaum länger sitzen konnten. - Bei den „2“ Schlafzimmer handelt es sich eigentlich um einen Raum, von dem ein Teil durch eine Bretterwand abgetrennt wurde. Zwischen beiden Raumteilen gibt es keine Tür. Im sog. Kinderzimmer gibt es ein kurzes Doppelstockbett, aber keine weiter Möbel, nicht einmal Platz für einen Koffer o.ä. - Bad und Küche sind okay, wenn auch dunkel und mit Küchenmöbeln aus den 60’er Jahren. - Wegen der Kühle empfahl uns die Vermieterin im Bedarfsfall die Nutzung des Heizlüfters. - Das WLAN funktioniert nur ab und zu. Bei Gewitter oder auch sonst fällt es oft einfach aus. Der TV empfängt nur italienische Sender. - Der sogenannte „Garten“ ist nur ein kleiner Sitzplatz mit Tisch und 2 Gartenliegen direkt vor dem Haus. Essen und Trinken ist dort ein Balanceakt, da die Holzfliesen dort stark wackeln. Wenn das Wetter warm und schön und man meist draußen unterwegs ist, kann es reichen. Wenn man sich länger in der Wohnung aufhalten muss oder will, halten wir sie für wenig geeignet. Und ohne Auto ist die Unterkunft zu abgelegen, da man weder die attraktiven Wanderwege noch Läden gut zufuß erreichen kann.

Saubere, große und komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Ruhige Lage am Hang mit tollem Dolomitenpanorama. Hier taucht man abseits der typischen Touristenorte ein in das echte Leben eines typischen italienischen Bergdorfes. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Haus und sind immer erreichbar. Tranquilla casetta in paesino montano

Lungo la strada principale, l'appartamento è ampio, molto pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Posti auto liberi. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, e anche molto riservati. Ottimo panorama e in posizione strategica per visitare più località tipiche circostanti.

Sereno soggiorno nelle Dolomiti

Ho appena trascorso due piacevoli e rilassanti settimane nell'appartamento Ines, insieme alla mia ragazza. L'appartamento era grande e pulito, dotato di tutto quanto potesse servire. I proprietari disponibilissimi e gentili, pronti a consigliare le migliori escursioni nella zona, che rimane una delle poche ancora relativamente poco turistica nelle Alpi. Torneremo sicuramente!

Die Seele baumeln lassen

konnten wir bei Lucia und Alberto im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. In der sauberen und gemütlichen Wohnung gab es alles Nötige. Wenn wir doch etwas brauchten, wurde es sofort organisiert (Mit der Kanne und dem Wasserkessel hast du mir den gewohnten Filterkaffee ermöglicht, Lucia. Vielen Dank!) In dem niedlichen Ort selbst und in der nahen Umgebung sind viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Lohnenswerte Wanderungen und viele Highlights der östlichen Dolomiten sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. In diesem Urlaub hat alles gestimmt: die Unterkunft, die wundervolle Aussicht und nicht zuletzt die warmherzige Gastfreundlichkeit von Lucia und Alberto. Das Wohl ihrer Gäste liegt ihnen sehr am Herzen. You can take a break from everyday life here in the truest sense of the word. In the clean and cozy apartment there was everything necessary. If we needed something, it was organized immediately (with the pot and the kettle you have made my usual "German" filter coffee possible, Lucia. Thanks so much!) In the cute village and in the surrounding area are many shopping possibilities. Worthwhile hikes and many highlights of the eastern Dolomites can be reached from here easily. Everything was right on this holiday: the accommodation, the wonderful views and last but not least the warm hospitality of Lucia and Alberto. You feel that the wellbeing of their guests is very important to them.

Bellissima vacanza nel Cadore

Soggiorno in Appart. INES , posizionato strategicamente per visitare in tutti i dintorni della zona (facilmente raggiungibile anche l'Austria). Appartamento pulito e in buono stato. A poca distanza Supermercato fornito A&O, direzione Santo Stefano. Altri servizi (pizzeria SKAY, ottima pizza a metà prezzo il mercoledì di luglio/agosto e pasticceria ottima a Padola in centro). Proprietari molto gentili, accoglienti e sempre disponibili (chiedete tranquillamente suggerimenti per posti da visitare....) Spazio adeguato per vacanza di famiglia con 3 bambini, con spazi esterno relax (a disposizione amaca) e spazio macchina (alternativo) a disposizione a pochi metri dalla casa (per accedere all'app. c'è una stradina un pò ripida, ma vicino è presente un'altra via di accesso più comoda). Ringraziamo per la disponibilità e consigliamo sicuramente il soggiorno.
