About this property

LE FAY: Chalet (Loriot) on the edge of a pond in the heart of nature

We welcome you !
We will be delighted to welcome you to one of our five chalets, set in a landscaped park of 18 hectares.
You will be seduced by the harmony of the ensemble where my profession of landscape allowed me to make the most of the natural elements of origin.
This materialized by the realization of two ponds (fishing allowed in no kill and reserved for our holidaymakers) and the highlighting of natural areas such as wetlands, characteristic trees.
You will discover the fauna associated with this type of habitat, of course preserved because we are a refuge LPO (League Protecteur des Oiseaux)
Joined this site in September the establishment of a natural bath that will be operational this spring. They are natural filtering and oxygenating plants which ensure the good hygiene of the place.
Within a radius of 25 km, you can enjoy the landscapes of the Jura as well as those of southern Burgundy. Each of these two regions is also associated with a quality vineyard.
You can also go to Louhans market on Monday morning which is very picturesque and famous. You will visit the old town and its 150 arcades.
There is also a golf course and a thermal bath at Lons le Saunier.
Children will be able to work on the trampoline, share ping pong parties or simply enjoy their stay to discover with curiosity the surrounding nature.
We speak fluent English and we are pretty much in German!

THE LORIOT:
The cottage "Le Loriot" is recommended for a family of 4, possibly 6 with two convertible banquettes.
You will have at your disposal a living room equipped with television and internet connection, a kitchenette with microwave, fridge freezer compartment, electric hotplates and conventional household appliances (toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle), an adult bedroom (bed 140) and a children's room (two beds 90cm juxtaposed), bathroom with shower.
The terrace facing south will allow you to enjoy the sun.
Private parking, bicycles available, barbecue, deckchairs.
Washing machine common to all cottages.

Wohnen im idyllischen Park

Die Häuschen sind wunderschön in einem Park gelegen. Für Kinder gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten wie den Badesee, Tischtennis, Schafe füttern, Hasen und Frösche beobachten... Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns sogar Angeln und Werkzeug zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass wir das Angeln testen durften. Toll wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gewesen, da die Stechmücken sehr lästig waren.-

Magnifique coin de paradis

Si vous voulez passer une semaine tranquille, vous êtes au bon endroit, réservez immédiatement! Vous aimez la nature et le calme, toute est réuni pour votre bonheur! Au détour du chemin vous rencontrerez un petit lapin et des moutons, au bord de l’étang une multitude d’oiseaux et libellules, un endroit de rêve!

Superbe environnement

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au chalets du Pontot. Le Loriot est fonctionnel et propre et le parc est juste magnifique et très bien entretenu ! Bravo aux propriétaires ! Petite modification à faire peut être sur l'annonce pour le wifi disponible seulement dans l'espace commun et non pas dans le Loriot (il me semblait avoir lu cela en réservant). Et gare aux moustiques ! C'était une belle semaine bien reposante pour nous, merci encore !

Formidable séjour

Vraiment fantastique, le chalet est très joli et fonctionnel. La végétations magnifique, et le site immense... Très calme parfait pour se reposer et ressourcer, il y a également sur place moult activités à faire en famille ( baignade piscine naturel, badminton, ping pong, pêche, observation des plantes, insectes et oiseaux, balade ect ) on ne s'ennuie pas une seconde. Si l'envie d'explorer la région vous prend il y a plein de choses à voir et découvrir ( merçi aux prospectus sur place ) Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et nous n'attendons tous qu'une chose... Revenir pour le plaisir des enfants et du notre !

Charmant logement dans lieu idyllique

Nous avons été conquis par les lieux aménagés avec soin tout en laissant de vastes espaces naturelles. Nous avons apprécié la quiétude de ce petit coin de paradis, les baignades dans la splendide piscine naturelle et les rencontres quotidiennes avec les moutons. Chalet impeccable où tout est prévu pour passer un séjour agréable

Endroit idéal pour un séjour familial en toute tranquilité. Propriétaires trés sympathiques qui souhaitent que leurs locataires bénéficient de tous les éléments pour facilité leur séjour. Les enfants (10 ans et 8 ans) ont largement profité des activités proposées sur place : piscine naturelle, pêche, trampoline, vélo, ping-pong. Les espaces autour des chalets permettent une parfaite quiétude et l'endroit est idéal pour se reposer. Tous les commerces à seulement quelques kilomètres.
