About this property

LE FAY: Chalet LE SARCELLE on the edge of a pond surrounded by nature

We welcome you !
We will be delighted to welcome you to one of our five chalets, spread across an 18 hectare landscaped park.
You will be seduced by the harmony of the whole where my job as a landscaper allowed me to make the most of the original natural elements.
This resulted in the creation of two ponds (fishing authorized in no kill and reserved for our vacationers) and the promotion of natural spaces such as wetlands, characteristic trees.
You will discover the fauna associated with this type of habitat, of course preserved because we are an LPO refuge (Protective League of Birds)
Added to this site in September was the establishment of a natural swimming pool which will be operational this spring. These are natural filtering and oxygenating plants which ensure good hygiene of the place.
Within a radius of 25 km, you can enjoy the landscapes of the Jura as well as those of Southern Burgundy. Each of these two regions is also associated with a quality vineyard.
You can also go to Louhans market on Monday morning which is very picturesque and famous. You will visit the old town and its 150 arcades.
There is also a golf course and thermal spa in Lons le Saunier about ten km away.
Children can work out on the trampoline, share ping pong games or simply take advantage of their stay to discover the surrounding nature with curiosity.
We are fluent in English and pretty much get by in German!
Teal:
35 m² chalet very well designed for 4 or 6 people with the two convertible benches in the living room.
You will have at your disposal two bedrooms (one with sleeping 140 and the other with two beds of 90 juxtaposed).
Following the living room, there is the fully equipped kitchen: microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob, and usual household appliances (coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle).
Direct access to the terrace with view of the pond.
Private parking.
Washing machine common to all chalets.

A delightful place!

This small but complete chalet is situated on a beautiful private park, with a large pond and a natural swimmingpond. We realy loved the privacy and the natural environment. Pierre and Jackie created the perfect holliday place! Close by is a lot of natural beauty to admire (Reculees, lakes, mountains), there are activities that you can undertake (canoeing, hiking etc), and towns / villages to visit (Chateau Chalon, Beaume les Messieurs etc.). Really recommended! Congratulations to Pierre & Jackie for this experience!

calme, nature

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce lieu paisible. le chalet est agréable et fonctionnel. nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait qu'il y ait peu de chalets, ils sont en plus à bonne distance. l'étang de baignade est très agréable, ca faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas nager dans un étang! les propriétaires sont disponible et sympathiques. et la région est très belle, nous avons pu profiter de longues randonnées.
