Three-room beachfront apartment
Third floor with elevator (there are some steps to do on foot before reaching the elevator). Two large bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchenette. Two balconies, one with sea view. Maximum capacity 6 persons by opening the sofa bed in the living room. There is a washing machine. Parking communal parking (not reserved). The kitchen was installed a few years ago and was used very little. Rent only summer months from June to September.
To get to the beach you just have to cross the road, ideal for families given the proximity to the sea.
