Impressive house in a rural environment where tranquility and privacy is one of its maximas.
The house is newly built, (2016), so all the facilities, appliances and furniture are new and modern.
The decoration of the interior of the house is very personal care to the smallest detail, most of the furniture is handmade, restored or tuned and converted into original and unique pieces. With a design according to the nature of Formentera and a touch of elegance and luxury make it an ideal holiday home for families and small groups of friends who are looking for disconnection and tranquility.

The house is two minutes by car from the town of Pilar de la Mola, overlooking the lighthouse of La Mola and in a completely rural environment.
The nearest beaches are 15 minutes away by car, such as Escupinar Beach and Arenales Beach. Another of the nearest towns is Es Calo.
The interior of the house has three bedrooms (two of them with double bed of 150 cm, and the third with three single beds), two bathrooms and living room (with two sofa beds) kitchen-dining room in a single space that is opens to a spectacular terrace where the pool with all its facilities. All rooms have air conditioning.
The exterior of the house is completely integrated into the rural environment, with two terraces, one where you can find the private pool, sun loungers and a barbecue, with access to a roof terrace where you can enjoy the incredible views of the Pilar de la Mola. And another more intimate terrace which is accessed by one of the bedrooms.
You can enjoy a house with all the comforts and luxuries in a privileged rural environment, where calm and relaxation after a long day of beaches are guaranteed, the closest neighbors are 300 meters away so they will enjoy total privacy.
Depending on the season in which they stay, they will be able to enjoy the products of the property such as figs, melons, watermelons, tomatoes, peppers, etc. all of them cultivated in a completely ecological way.
You can not miss the experience of the walks, by walking or by bicycle, through this privileged environment where some of the hiking trails go by such as the one that takes you to the famous Faro de la Mola.
The price and the maximum occupancy of the house is for 6 people who are over 14 years old, being able to stay up to a maximum of 8 in the event that there are children and do not exceed that age.

Perfect vacation home

We loved our stay at the finca - it has everything you will need for a great vacation. Everything is super clean, the kitchen very well equipped, you have a BBQ, a nice pool, very comfy sunbeds and a rooftop from which you have an amazing view and can even watch the starts at night. The area is very calm, but you are close to a little town where you will find everything you will need. Santi is an amazing host and very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back.

just perfect

our stay was amazing. the house is in the middle of nowhere. at night you can see the stars and milkyway. it is totally quiet, pool, veranda and kitchen has everything you need. lots of beachtowels and santi, the host, is always helpful. we would come again

Hem passat una setmana fantàstica a la casa d’en Santi. Som 5 de familia i els nens han disfrutar moltíssim de la piscina. En Santi és un bon anfitrió, sempre pendent de tot el que ens ha fet falta, fins i tot ens ha portat tomàquets i melons de la seva collita!!!! Esperem poder repetir en una altre ocasió.

Fantastic house in a quite environment

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house and enjoyed everything very much. The house is very well equipped, you find all you need to cook on your own, there are lots of things to take with you to the beaches and stuff for kids to play. The house is so beautiful and cosy, everything looks so charming and wether you’re chilling next to the pool, swim in the pool or take a seat on the comfortable seats on the roof of the house in order to watch the stars - if you like it quite and secluded you will be having some quality time for sure! Many thanks to the owner Santi, we appreciated how helpful he always was and would definitely love to return one day! We felt so comfortable at all time and were really sad, once we had to leave cause our holidays ended...thanks for all!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Empfangen wurden wir mit einer kühlgestellten Flasche Cava und einer grosszügigen Früchteschale. Nach einigen Tagen stand eine schöne Gemüseplatte auf dem Tisch. Lieber Santi, vielen Dank dafür! Wer die Ruhe sucht ist in diesem Haus goldrichtig. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful property

We spent an amazing 9 days here. The location of the villa is in a quiet village, which has gorgeous shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The island itself is only 11 miles , car hire or moped is a must to make the most of exploring the island!! The beaches are amazing ., safe clean beaches. Would throughly recommend a stay here you won't be disappointed.

Gorgeous house on the quieter side of the island.

Santi's house is exactly as what you see in the listing photos. It's on the quieter side of the island, in Pilar de la Mola, which for our group was perfect. It only takes 20/25 minutes to get from one end to the other, and ending our days in this beautiful house, away from the busier areas was just what we wanted. The salt water pool is a great way to end the evenng, after all-day out soaking up the sun at any of the beautiful beaches around the island. His house was clean, and felt very open. The immediate surroundings are idyllic, and sunsets are picturesque. Our group of seven never felt like we were on top of each other. Santi and Ana were very kind, and always an email away if I had any questions. I can't wait to return, and would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Meravigliosa villa perfettamente attrezzata e arredata con grandissimo gusto. La posizione è fantastica per chi vuole vivere Formentera fuori dalla confusione con tantissimo spazio dentro e fuori. Abbiamo già fissato una settimana per il prossimo anno.
