Great location

The house is very nice and clean. It has everything you need. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms which makes it very hard at night.

Hello Rita, the cooling system designed by my architect for the house has two large machines for uniform cooling of the rooms of the sleeping area and living area, the choice of not putting usual and machines directly in the rooms is due to the fact that many customers do not like having cold air directly over their bed when they sleep, so we installed fans in the rooms, while the cold air from the corridor enters the rooms but not directly, I’m sorry that you did not tell me about this problem when you were in Formentera, otherwise we could check together how to make the best work the system, I’m sorry

Wunderschöne und saubere Finca mit grossem Umschwung

Uns hat es sehr gefallen in dieser Finca. Wir waren zu fünft, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.Das grosse plus war der wunderbare Garten, die zusätzliche Aussendusche und -Toilette sowie die Wasch- und Geschirrspülmaschine. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Ort Es Pujols gefällt uns sehr und hat herzige Shops und feine Restaurants. Die bucht ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien.

Alojamiento ideal

Desde el principio, todo el proceso de alquiler fue muy facil. La comunicación con Marco fue estupenda, pues siempre estuvo a nuestra disposición, para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La casa era justo lo que buscábamos: limpia, amplia, cerca de la playa y de Es Pujols. Repetiremos y, de hecho, ya se la recomendamos a unos amigos que finalmente también se alojaron allí.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Finca ist toll gelegen und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation war exzellent. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.

La maison idéale

Je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux pour passer d'agréables moments en famille et entre amis. La maison a correspondu en tous points à mes attentes et besoins: localisation proche de la ville tout en étant en retrait au calme, j'ai adoré que la maison ait une partie jour et une partie nuit bien séparées et de plein-pied. Le jardin est magnifique et bien entretenu (je ne donne pas de détails pour garder un peu de surprise). Nous avons largement profité de la terrasse en rez-de-jardin. Tout est bien pensé, fonctionnel et impeccable. Pour ne rien gâcher, Marco s'est rendu disponible pour nous faire visiter le maison avant même le début du séjour et nos échanges par la suite ont été très chaleureux. Il en a été de même avec l'homme en charge du gardiennage. Cette maison a fait de mon séjour un moment absolument magique!

La casa de mis sueños en Formentera

Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables en esta casa tradicional de Formentera. La casa es preciosa y dispone de todas las comodidades para disfrutar en familia: un porche muy acogedor, un jardín sacado de un cuento de hadas… Está ubicada en un lugar muy tranquilo y es un remanso de paz. Super séjour dans la maison Pino y mar

La maison de Marco est très confortable et spacieuse. Elle est localisée au calme dans la pinède à 5 mn de la mer. Le chauffage au centre de la maison était suffisant pour les soiree fraîche d’octobre. Luis qui nous a accueilli et à répondu à nos questions pendant le séjour est adorable et très disponible. C’est une location très recommandée pour découvrir la belle île de Formentera.

Great villa

We had a lovely time at the villa. A 10 min walk to the beach and another 5 to the main town. Villa was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked with equipment and the living room and outdoor spaces were great to relax in. We had an amazing time and would recommend the villa to stay at.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en Formentera. La casa es ideal, te permite sentir la energía de de la isla, es sencillamente perfecta, esta en un estado impecable, es la casa que sueñas para unas vacaciones en Formentera. Marco, el anfitrión, es muy muy top. Se ha preocupado en todo momento por nuestro bienestar durante la estancia, todo nos lo ha hecho fácil. Realmente una gran persona. Anfitrión y casa inmejorables, 100% recomendables. Volveremos!!

The design of the property is nice, both interior and exterior The aircon was very good We did not have external noise / it was quiet The area of entrance to the property is shared with the property owners house The property is okay looked after The property lies on a pretty long dirt road (one way mostly) that slows vehicle access (be especially careful if renting motorbikes) There is no clothes washing machine or washing machine for kitchen things The kitchenware is limited (only 6 of any type... forks, knives, glasses...) We are having issues with the owners around deposit return by despite no damages made to the property
