About this property
Beautiful 19th Century Seaside Cottage with hot tub and river views
A gorgeous and completely modernised cottage in a seaside village in North Wales. Beautiful 19th Century cottage that is a 2 minute walk to 2 beaches and the harbour. There are cliff top walks, local pubs, and a hot tub overlooking the river below. Our cottage is a magical place. The stylish living and dining room has a wood burning stove and amazingly comfy sofas. Wait until you walk through to the back and see the view to the valley, the river at the back and the wildflower walk. It's a 19th Century cottage that has a lot of history. There are low ceilings and a quaint wooden staircase. It is fully modernised, so is very comfortable and there are full facilities such as dishwasher, electric shower and downstairs w.c. The kitchen at the back leads to the full spectacular effect of the house. There are opening doors in the kitchen/diner that lead to an upper decking. You walk out and can see the whole valley with the wildflower valley and river in all it's glory. Walk down the garden steps and get to a bench to view the beauty. The another set of steps and you're at the bottom and ready to sit on the table and chairs an have cocktails and dinner to the sound of the nesting birds and the river.

Lovely property with great facilities. Great location, stunning views and pet friendly. We loved the hot tub and the walks around the village. Would definitely recommend
Fabulous property, great location. House has everything you could need. Great having the hot tub and log burner, made use of both on our weekend stay. 5 minutes walk from the beach and great coastal path walks over the headland.Would love to return again.
Very well provisioned, beautiful cottage. Great location with a lovely outlook from the hot tub of the river belowOverall, absolutely loved our stay and will definitely recommend and hopefully book for another stay.
A delightful property in a perfect location to woodland walks and beaches. We loved the lighting the log burner, so cosy in the evenings. Owner left a couple of logs, which was great on arrival. Additional logs purchased at the Morrisons Daily in the village.Definitely recommend to friends and family.I'll definitely recommend to my friends and family.
Lovely cottage. Warm cosey and clean. Welcome tea, coffee, milk and buscuits. Dog treats for our dog. Which was a lovely touch. Beautiful spot for lots of lovely walks and a great place to relax in the hot tub. Views at the back were stunning.
Kitchen was very well equipped, however there was only washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, nothing to clean benches down with. Lots of books, games etc. Although we didn't need these there were items such as picnic baskets and games for the beach which were a lovely touch and perfect for the summer. Cottage was very cosy and the log burner was lovely. Hot tub was great. A lovely bottle of fizz and chocolate cake when we arrived was a lovely touch
Such a beautiful little cottage in a stunning small town. We had a great last minute Christmas weekend away. Rachel had thought of everything that we might need included in the cottage. The wardrobe full of toys was a HUGE hit for our 2 year old and kept him occupied for the whole weekend (thank you thank you thank you ). Hot tub was lovely, great garden space leading to the river - this would be gorgeous in the summer time. 5 min walk to the beach and Morrisons. Can’t wait to come and stay again, we had a great weekend. Thank you Rachel, merry Christmas!
Second stay at this lovely property. Location is perfect. We were blessed with some beautiful weather and got to explore the coastal walks of the area, this was amazing. The hot tub was such a welcome treat after a 7 mile hike !!
The property is in a beautiful location and the peace at the back over looking the river is gorgeous. The cottage has everything you need and more. Some parts could do with a bit of updating and the bedroom floor is very creaky but other than that, we’ve had a wonderful time.
Loved our stay here, cottage is lovely and so cosy especially when the fire is lit. Area is so beautiful and peaceful.

We had a beautiful stay at Annwylaf Cottage for Easter. Rachel was a dream host from booking, to checking in and staying. Cemaes Bay was a lovely little village to stay in and the delicious ice cream shop next door was a perfect treat on the one dry day we had over the weekend we stayed. The hot tub was lovely to rest and revive the legs and feet after a long day of exploring Anglesey. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Anglesey - I really recommend this accomodation.

Cemaes cottage on the high street
This is a great cottage completely centre of the village. Doors, away from the ice cream chop, chippy and a few minutes from the lovely beach. The view out the back is very nice and we enjoyed the time in the hot tub out there. We liked the cottage charm & cosy living room. The place is extremely well equipped with everything you need. We would come again.
A lovely cosy cottage with everything needed for a few days away, and a Morrisons Daily shop just at the end of the road for any forgotten bits! The garden is very steep with some deep steps so not suitable for everyone. The hot tub was great, but needed time to warm sufficiently to use (check when you arrive).Would definitely come back.
What a hidden little gem ! We were 2 couples staying in the cottage, communication with the host prior to our visit was great, all questions were answered promptly. The check in process was smooth with the use of a lock box. There is no parking at the property, however a free carpark nearby. The cottage had everything you needed and more.A fantastic base for visiting the isle, we would highly recommend a stay here.
Just returned from lovely 2 nights stay.
Cottage is great with everything you could possibly need. Hot tub a bonus.
Great area with easy access to the beach.
Enjoyed a couple of drinks at the local - the stag. Really friendly pub who were very welcoming to us and our dog.
Would definitely like to stay again.

We are a family with a gorgeous, funny little baby girl called Kitty. We love exploring and travelling, and walking in the beautiful Welsh countryside with Kitty on our backs. We believe in living life for now and sharing it with our friends and family. Give us the bustle of New York, or a cosy fire in a pub in Ireland with a Guinness and a whiskey. I love my reading, Huw loves his music and playing guitar. We are a pretty creative family. Before Kitty came along, we travelled backpacking far and wide- to India, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Cuba, Morocco....,and are hoping to do more of it (although in a more sedate way) when she's a bit older. We love eating out, and eating in, and our favourite date night is a ready-steady-cook kind of one with cooking challenges set and big glasses of red wine in our lovely cottage kitchen, overlooking the river at the back.
