Single storey house (upstairs), very bright, totally independent with indoor SPA / Jacuzzi (5 seats), infrared sauna (3/4 places), enclosed garden of 1200m² and completely renovated in 2017.

The house is located in Plogonnec (between Locronan and Quimper) 10 minutes from the beaches (10km), 2 minutes from a supermarket (3km) ...

The house is secluded, with very little overlooked and sheltered from the wind, which will ensure you quiet and relaxing holidays.

- Inside :

kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher) and equipped, living / dining room, wc and washbasin. Bathroom with bath and shower.

3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds 1 person)

- Outside :

A large garden, a large terrace of over 35m2 with sunbeds, garden furniture and garden table.

At disposal, table football, electronic darts, billiards and tourist documentation, cultural and gastronomic ...

Free internet (WIFI)

The situation of the town on the edge of Porzay and Cornwall countries makes it an ideal starting point for hikers, whether on foot or by bicycle, for diverse and interesting excursions.

Also within 50km you can enjoy the magnificent sites that offer our region (Crozon peninsula, Pointe du Raz, Bay of Souls ...). You can also visit the cities of character (Locronan elected one of the best villages in France, Pont Croix and Quimper).

Wunderschönes Haus

Herr Boussard hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns auch 2 tolle Restaurant Tipps gegeben. Auch wenn wir uns sprachlich nicht immer hundertprozentig verstanden haben, gab er sich viel Mühe! Das Haus war für uns 2 perfekt eingerichtet, es gab z.B. genügend Bügel, die sonst oft fehlen. Auch in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Beschreibung des Objektes stimmte, bis auf eine Sache, die Terrasse war nicht uneinsehbar! Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass einige hundert Meter hinter dem Haus eine BMX Strecke gebaut wurde und in unserer 2 Woche vor dem Haus neue Kabel verlegt wurden ( das wird es dann demnächst wohl nicht mehr geben) was zu starkem Baulärm führte und Mitte der 2. Woche zu Internetausfall. Für eine Familie ein toller Platz!

Propriétaires sérieux, disponibles. Bon accueil. Maison agréable, très bien équipée. Idéalement située au calme et proche de toutes commodités. Et sans parler du jacuzzi qui apporte un plus pour le bien etre du séjour.

Un séjour agréable dans une maison bien équipée, propriétaire sympathique . La maison est bien située , proche de nombreux sites pour découvrir la Bretagne authentique . Super vacances !
