What can I say - just fabulous appartment with so much space! Comfortable beds, bathrooms superb and as for the location, it’s near to the old town and minimetro nearby (Pincetto) means it’s so easy to cross town. Especially easy to get to the main station. Simona recommended good restaurants and was so quick to respond. Would recommend to everyone.
We were fortunate to book this lovely modern apartment in the old town area of Perugia. The owner, Simone, was always timely with responses to texts. All of the amenities exceeded our expectations, including comfortable beds and generous living areas. Of course, there were stairs to the second floor location – but we were in Italy! And, because this is a pedestrian neighborhood, taxis had to leave us at the end of our street less than 150 feet from the front door and easy to find. The neighborhood is friendly and convenient with great restaurants, cafés, and shops in less than a block, a grocery store and Pharmacy are right around the corner. It was easy to get to know. The bus station, MiniMetro (access to the train station), and elevators to the main Piazza, are within walking distance. The official tourist information location is close to the entrance to the Piazza from the elevators and worth a stop.We enjoyed our stay on Perugia and the comfort and convenience of the apartment that we used as home-base as we explored central Italy.
This was an ideal place to stay! It was spacious, clean, bedrooms with bathrooms were very private and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was convenient to explore Old Perugia and had cafes and bars close by! We were very pleased!
This apartment near the center of Perugia was fantastic! It has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms and a very large living and kitchen area. The apartment was very clean and ultra-modern and the hosts were outstanding. They were easy to communicate with in English and very responsive to any need we had. One amazing thing about the apartment was how quite it became once the windows were closed. Although located above a street filled with shops and people, once you close the windows if becomes exceedingly quiet.I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a two-bedroom apartment in Perugia.
This 2 BR 2 Bath apartment was actually two private bedrooms with private baths and a large shared kitchen and living room. SO comfortable and - most important in the intense summer heat we experienced - AIR CONDITIONED!!! The location was fabulous - little stores with things we needed right outside our door and outstanding restaurants. Even in the summer, Perugia was not crowded with tourists and it was a delightful place to spend a few days.
Wonderful! The apartment is very nice, great shower! There were lots of steps we didn’t expect but other than that no issues! Love that there were dehumidifiers in both rooms for nighttime white noise, also the only place we stayed in Italy that had washer and dryer.
This apartment was in a great location to walk to main streets of old town Perugia or to get on the MiniMetro.
Simona was very helpful, both in terms of setting up rental, and with our arrival.
The apartment is up several flights of stairs. It has 2 large bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms.
We had a wonderful time there.

It has been to host this group of 3 friends, very nice and kindly. They left the apartment in a perfect condition and so clean.
I hope to host them again

My first reaction on entering this home was how spacious and clean it was! Magnifico! The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom spacious. We are 2 couples in their 70s and the house was set up as two separate apartment areas with a common kitchen. The kitchen was well-stocked although we didn’t cook during the 4 days/3 nights we were there. We did do laundry-the washer/dryer (shared) a necessity for anyone packing light and staying long in Italy. We were close to restaurants, shops and a day-trip to Assisi was easily accessible by the mini- metro to the train station. Simone answered all our questions quickly and in English. Gracie! We’ll remember Perugia fondly.
Simona was very quick to respond and accommodating with check in and check out. The apartment is large, spotless, in a great location for walking all over the city center, and lovely. would highly recommend the apartment and host! Diane
Apt is clean, spacious, nicely furnished with modern appliances and centrally located. The property manager was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive to questions and gave us good tips for restaurants in the area and events going on in the city.
We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms as
sometimes the online pictures can be deceiving, but these were as advertised. I think it was the nicest airbnb experience we have had.
My wife and I stayed in Apartment Perugia for a full month from Mid Sept to Mid October. We were extremely happy with the apartment itself and the local environment. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed (including a washer/dryer, internet and a very nice stove/oven combination). The immediate neighborhood had two nice grocery outlets, three pizzerias, an Irish Bar, a meat market, two bakeries and two wine bars (not to mention Licks - a great Gelato shop).
Simona was a great host as her recommendations for dinner and activities all over Perugia and Umbria all worked out very well. She was very responsive and helpful with all our many requests.
As advertised, the apartment is extremely convenient to the main square either through the steps or the elevator and escalator at the Minimetro station. The Minimetro station only 5 minutes away made trips to the train station extremely easy and quick. The main bus terminal in town was only about 5 minutes down the hill from the apartment. Use of the intercity bus and trains made exploration of the hilltop towns in Umbria and Tuscany very easy.
If you go, consider visiting Spoleto, Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Cortona and Passignano sul Trasimeno and Isola Maggiore on Lake Trasimeno. All were worth the time and easy to reach using the buses and trains.
My wife and I look forward to returning in the future.

Property renovation
The unit was spacious, modern, well appointed and was well suited to our needs, however, we were extremely disappointed that the owner did not inform us of major renovation work on the apartment being carried out during our stay. The whole building front was scaffolded. Repair work was being carried out on the roof and early morning noise and dust was a major issue.

My apologies about the problem you had, unfortunately it was out of our hands and the company had to termined the work time ago.
Sorry again, I hope to host you in a better period.

Spacious apartment in a great location.
We were two couples traveling together. The apartment has two large bedrooms with attached baths plus a large common room with a kitchen unit.. Lots of room for everyone, and lots of light through the large windows. Very comfortable beds and pleanty of towels. We like to cook, found the kitchen supplies minimal but doable. Our host kindly allowed an early check in. A very enjoyable 4 nights stay in Perugia..

Amazing Apartment in a Terrific Location
This place was truly fantastic!! Two full bedroom suites each with a huge bed and a bathroom. The apartment is huge!! One bedroom actually has a jacuzzi in it. The kitchen had all of the necessities, though we did not use any of it because the restaurants were amazing in Perugia. It was located on a street with no car access so there was just foot traffic. Parking was a little tricky but we managed to find parking. If you can’t find parking on the street then it’s €17 a day.
Simona was our contact for the apartment and she was lovely. She met us at the apartment when we arrived and she even moved her car and gave us her parking spot. She was spot on with the restaurant recommendations and was available via What’s App throughout our stay.
This place would be fantastic for anywhere from 2-4 people. I’ve stayed all over the world and this is in the top 2-3 places I’ve stayed. Highly recommended.
