Villa with private swimming pool in Puig Sec:
Spacious holiday home with private pool and large garden in l’Escala. The villa Pinedes is the perfect holiday home for calm, space and nature lovers. As the house’s name says, Pinedes is in the middle of a refreshing pine forest between the beautiful beaches of Riells and Cala Montgó, concretely in the quiet neighbourhood of Puig Sec in l’Escala.

The outside of the house stands out for his large and spacious plot where children can run, play and have fun freely. Besides, the villa has a private swimming poolfor taking a refreshing dip and deck chairs to relax and enjoy the best family holidays. Pinedes has a big terrace with direct access from the living room. From there, you can enjoy a little sea vieweither having a breakfast or having a barbecue with family and friends. The plot is completely fencedfor the security of all your family and pets (with extra fee).

In the villa you will find all services and equipment to make your stay comfortable: WiFi, Smart TV, air conditioning in living-room and a big garageto park.

The accommodation is in the first floor. The kitchen has been recently renewedand it is independent and fully equipped with dishwasher. The dinning-living room is wideand re-decorated to give the whole house a fresh new air. It has access to the outside terrace. The house has three spacious bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with two individual beds) and two bathrooms.

Pinedes is just a few meters away from the Natural Park of Montgrí where you can enjoy long walks with your family or cycling routes surrounded by nature. In addition, it is located between the beaches of Montgó and Riells, both sand beaches of l’Escala. A few minutes by car or bicycle, you will find all sort of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Grande propriété avec piscine. Cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut , juste peut être prévoir des travaux pour les câbles dans le salon. Il manque un peu d'entretien a l'extérieur pour que les lauriers et autre ne manque pas d'eau , douche extérieur a nettoyer. Il fauderait rééquiper de parasol et pied de parasol . Superhuis met heerlijk zwembad op loopafstand van het strand!

We zijn met zijn 6en naar het huis geweest. 4 kids van 14, 17, 18 en 20. Het was heerlijk en we hebben genoten. Strand op loopafstand en een heerlijke vakantie gehad❤️

Séjour désagréable aucune climatisation trop chaud pour cuisiner, dormir ou se reposer propreté à désirer frigo de la cuisine jamais en dessous de 15 degré malgré leurs remplacements point positif piscine et centre ville à proximité mais un peu loin à pied.

j'avoue que c'est incompréhensible après avoir apporté 2 fois un frigo neuf. Les gens avant vous pas de souci, et ceux maintenant non plus...c'est un mystère cette histoire!! Désolée pour les inconvénients que vous semblez avoir eu, on n'en comprend toujours pas la cause.
