Villa Ivka - with Saltwater pool!

Villa Ivka is a charming vacation house where you will spend an unforgettable relaxing holiday with your family and friends. The villa was built in 1890. and renovated in 2015. During the renovation, the charm of the old days was kept and at the same time adapted to the needs of a modern day visitor.
The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large table and eight chairs, a toilet with a washing machine and a playground for our most important guests and their parents, equipped with foosball and darts.
If you want to drink the first morning coffee with the relaxing sound of the birds, there is a terrace that can be entered from the upper floor room or from an outside staircase.
In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with six sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor charcoal grill and a terrace with a dense shade where you can relax with a glass of delicious Istrian wine while still keeping an eye on your children in the pool. The yard has two parking spaces.
The yard is also completely fenced and offers complete privacy!
If you want to explore all the charm of the beautiful and picturesque Istria, the location of the villa allows you to quickly reach all the areas, which you can also visit by bicycle when driving on local roads with very little traffic.
