Beautiful Villa Lovrečina

Beautiful romantic villa located by the sea on 2700m2 will attract lovers of robinson tourism. The villa is surrounded by pine trees and the estate includes an olive grove with some fruit trees, which guests can consume. The villa has no water, no electricity, but has a generator, well and solar. It is connected to the water supply, but the water pressure is low, so it can be used well. Hot water there is as long as there is a sun. It is suitable for people who want to enjoy the peace, quiet and “return” to the romantic past.
The villa is secluded and has a private beach. The interior is made on the studio base- one large room where the kitchen; on the mezzanine are two beds and one double bed separated from the kitchen. In front is a large terrace with fireplace, tables and lounge chairs.
100 meters away there is a large sandy beach with concrete plateau, restaurant and cafe that offer internet services. The nearest place is Postira, 4 km away.
Price includes: weekly change of towels and bed linen, initial and final cleaning, tourist tax, baby cot and feeder (on request) and parking infront of villa. Pets are not alowed.
