"Residenza Eda" is a hillside location, a panoramic residential area, quiet and surrounded by greenery.
Elegant and refined apartment of 120 square meters consisting of two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, spacious and very comfortable showers, excellent for 4 people, available a 5th place in the living room with dormeuse.
Panoramic veranda and small laundry complete the sleeping area.
The living area consists of a beautiful living room and living room with dining table and kitchen, equipped with all comforts, linen and crockery appliances.
A patio on the shaded and furnished garden with table and sitting area completes the house, an outdoor space perfect for eating outdoors.
