Nice property. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Host was very accommodating. The pool/spa closed for renovation midway through our stay and our host arranged a country club membership, which worked out well.

Great Stay

We stayed at this property for over a month and very much enjoyed it. The patio is lovely (love being able to see the mountains) and the pool was fantastic (almost never busy). Fantastic hiking is so close by. We also enjoyed the taco truck (Taco Stop) within walking distance too! Nancy and Linda were great hosts.

Tucson hike bike holiday

Owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Space was excellent for 2 couples. Great location for hiking biking swimming store’s restaurants coffee shops!!

Fabulous stay!

Que Bonita Casita is a gem. The location is perfect for the hiking in Sabino, Mount Lemmon and the Agua Caliente trails. We loved the privacy of the back garden - a perfect beautiful place to watch hummingbirds, enjoy meals and be amazed by the night sky. The bed was so comfortable, the kitchen more than met our needs and the decor was perfect Arizona. A wonderful place!

Great place for stay

This place was very comfortable and offered everything that we needed. If you are a cook the kitchen features all sorts of appliances to make whatever you might desire. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We had no issues at all during our stay. The neighborhood is great. Highly recommend this place.

Winter in Tucson

We enjoyed our stay; Coronado Ridge is a wonderful location for access to Saguaro National Park East. It is a quiet neighborhood, the bed was very comfy, we didn’t have any issues or concerns and loved being in Tucson.

Wonderful Tucson Experience!

We stayed for 2 months , Linda and Nancy were Amazing hosts! They had supplies and all we needed! They were extremely responsive, the coffee pot went out and the next day they dropped off a new one! The location is wonderful, we loved the complex - very quiet, beautiful pool and dog friendly! We were working remote and on vacation at the same time…minutes away from beautiful hiking! We will be back!!

Happy Hikers

My partner and I spent two wonderful winters living in this delightful condo. It is immaculate, comfortably furnished, great beds, has a lovely patio with some mountain views, a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and is a two minute walk to the fabulous heated pool and massive hot tub. The grounds are impeccable and the neighborhood quiet, friendly and safe. We had a wonderful time hiking, birding, biking and enjoying the music, food, and art festivals that Tucson has to offer. Linda and Nancy are wonderful owners who have thought of everything! FIVE STARS.

Linda & Nancy are originally from New England. After living on Cape Cod for many years, they grew tired of the bitter winter cold and decided to look into a retirement home in the SW. This morphed into a "semi-retirement" home as they almost never wanted to return to the NE once they got here. Now we are retired, live full time in Tucson, and travel the continent in our Escape travel trailer during the hot months.

Why they chose this property

We chose this area as it was close to our home, quiet, and close to everything Tucson has to offer, The year round heated pool and spa just steps away from the condo are beautiful and well maintained.

What makes this property unique

We love the area and the community surrounding our townhome. We refurbished it after we bought it in 2014 by adding ceramic tile throughout the downstairs, carpeting on the stairs and upstairs bedroom, painting the entire inside, and taking down the popcorn ceilings. It was fun to see the transition and decorate the place. As we have owned this property for over ten years, we continue to upgrade items by adding new thermo-pane, UV resistant windows upstairs, a new air conditioner with a heat pack, and a new stove and dishwasher. The washer and dryer have also been replaced. We take a personal interest in our condo and love to host guests from all over North America.
