Beautiful spacious apartment on the ground floor of villa 200m from the Nivelle golf course with a large garden, a beautiful terrace with blind not overlooked and private parking.
Ideally located to radiate throughout the Basque Country 20 minutes from Biarritz and Spain. It is possible to reach the beach of St Jean de Luz on foot in 20 min and 5 min by car. Mountain hikes possible at 10km (the Rhune accessible with its charming little train).
Marinela shopping center 300m away with a grocery store, a pizzeria, a bakery, pharmacy, a press, hairdresser, doctor, nurse's office, dry cleaning.
Well-equipped apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, ideal for lunch with family or friends.

Appartement très spacieux et équipé pour des vacances tout confort en famille. Le coin repas à l'extérieur est très appréciable ainsi que les places de parking devant. Very nice, clean, convenient, spacious. Beddings, towels, etc. must be arranged ahead of time with owner for a small fee unless willing to provide your own. Très agréable, propre, pratique, spacieux. La literie, les serviettes, etc. doivent être organisées à l'avance avec le propriétaire moyennant un petit supplément, à moins qu'il ne soit disposé à fournir les vôtres.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans l'appartement situé en rez de jardin. Acces au centre de st jean de luz a pied en 25 min. Les propriétaires sont très discrets. Le jardin est ideal pour les enfants et sans vis à vis.
