The Beach House Ericeira is a beautiful and comfortable studio apartment, refurbished in January 2017, in a private condominium:

- Located in Ericeira, 900 m from Ribeira D'Ilhas Beach, which is the only World Surfing Reserve in Europe;
- It has air conditioning and has a view of the sea from the balcony;
- It has an outdoor swimming pool open all year round;
- It has Wi-Fi access with excellent signal;

- It has a flat-screen TV with cable channels;
- It has a complete kitchenette with a coffee machine, ceramic hob, washing machine, thermo-accumulator, oven / microwave, fridge, freezer, and toaster;

The apartment was on lower level. At the back of the common area (area with pool and outdoor kitchen), there's a gate that leads to a small path to a viewpoint. The view from thus point us breathtaking.
