The ILUKA apartment is an elegant, modern and bright apartment, complete with a welcoming and air-conditioned open space living/dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom with large wardrobe with two mirrored doors and ceiling fan, a small bedroom double room with two single beds and cabinet with drawers, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and three balconies, one of which is furnished with table and chairs, sofa and awnings. The kitchenette or kitchen is complete with fridge with freezer, electric oven, induction hob, hood, microwave, kettle, Lavazza electric coffee machine, kitchen utensils and tea towels. Outside the property there is a large free public car park. Excellent location to enjoy the proximity to the city center 20 minutes away along the seafront just a stone's throw away, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
