Set in Sustjepan, part of Dubrovnik where Noble families in time of Dubrovnik Republic built their summer residences, Villa is originally from 18 century and was just completely renovated with private swimming pool, outdoor terrace with sundeck, BBQ and sun chairs is perfect for your Dubrovnik holiday!
Just across Villa excellent restaurant is set with good selection of food and great local wine, open from early morning for breakfast until late in the evening for traditional Dalmatian food.
The Sunset Rose has two floors in total 97m2. On the ground floor is living room and kitchen with one bathroom. Outside there is terrace with summer kitchen, BBQ and swimming pool (18m2). On the first floor there are two twin/dbl bedrooms with main bathroom.
House is just a minute away from bus station (buses 1A, 1B or 1C) which will take you in a 10 min ride straight to the Dubrovnik's heart - Old Town.
