Casa Vacanza Maresol 6 is a seaside villa with Caribbean features. Leaving the gate of the condominium driveway was on the beach with a sea front which is one of the most beautiful and cleanest of all the coast. We are in Via Salette n. 65 where a pedestrian gate leads to the house by the sea. It 's all very pleasant and in tune with a made holiday sea sun and beautiful sunsets. The house is over 50 sqm interior with large outdoor area and garden. A patio on the sea and a pleasant garden behind make the paradisiacal location. All the sea provides a feeling of well-being and relaxation, and children can take advantage of it for their outdoor games and the beach. Even the hours of the afternoon in the garden, on the beach or under the patio is pleasant in every season for a good book or chat with friends or simply relax with a good cup of tea and maybe a good book. We are located one kilometer from the town center and a comfortable pedestrian and bike path makes it a pleasure to go to town for evening outings and for daily shopping. There is a private beach umbrella at the La Nave beach establishment which can be reached via direct access from the condominium driveway to the sea. The location of the house is great for those who want a full-immersion in the tranquility of the sea a bit 'far from the fun and bustle of the more tourist center of Sperlonga. In town there is a supermarket, pharmacy, the town market on Saturday. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
After parking the car you head to the house and the sea through the dedicated driveway. The outdoor area of the house is huge and very pleasant with a real dive into the green. Entering from the front door of the house there is a hallway leading to a bathroom with shower and all accessories, leads to the master bedroom complete with wardrobes and accessories and leads to the environment used as a dining area with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is open-plan and includes the dining table. E 'equipped with everything you need: pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, oven, fridge freezer, etc. In the dining area there is a comfortable sofa bed. For nature lovers and for those who love outdoor spaces where creativity can express, we provide a 4 meter diameter Glimmering Tent and 2. 5m height perfect for sleeping and playing for the little ones. The curtain is English-sided color sand made of 100% waterproof heavy cotton where no humid or hot suffocation will ever occur. Equipped with zip door and large windows with integrated mosquito nets. The sleeping area is delimited by lightweight fabric to create a dedicated space. Bed linen and towels are provided for up to 2 people. It is prettier to find the "unassembled" tent to give the big and the small to dive immediately into the atmosphere of the campsite. Any installation made by our staff will cost you € 60.00. Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than 7 days, weekly linen change is included in the price.
Beach service is included at the La Nave beach establishment, which is the most elegant and functional in Sperlonga. Here you will be available for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The plant is in Via Salette at no. 24 and is attached to the descent to the sea of the house. Few steps and you are under your own exclusive umbrella. The service is active from April 1st to September 31st.

Sperlonga City Tax
I remind you of the kind guests that in Sperlonga all the sojourn tax paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga has come into effect to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Check-in extra time:
The check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After hours fee will be charged for the extra check-in of € 30.00.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house is free the night before your arrival, you can safely enter by 12:00. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra fee of € 20 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100 depending on the extra cleaning. Maximum 2 pets are allowed.
How to reach the house
For those arriving by car, it is not necessary to enter Sperlonga but go to the sea area called Salette. Flacca the highway you will notice a sports facility with adjoining soccer fields and very large marquee. Costeggiateli and you will arrive just in front of the driveway leading up to the house. Arriving by train is the most functional station Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary by taxi and bus transportation to our country. The ideal stop for those arriving by bus is the one at the "Campo Sportivo". For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
A tour around
Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against pirates that raged over the sea. Beyond a clear and clean sea that has been awarded for years with the Blù flag and a beach with fine sand which both children and adults are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan shops and small shops of all kinds . The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening gathering for a pleasant walk or a good glass with friends. A few steps further down we find the wonderful Belvedere promenade. Attention you could fall in love even more. Not far away, at about 1 km we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble remains recovered in the adjacent Tiberius Antro discovered in the 60s are on display.
