Welcome to Lake View Villa!

This villa includes a private chef, a butler, daily housekeeping and an on-site villa manager. During your stay at Lake View Villa, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. These include a 27-hole golf course, clubhouse with restaurant and bar, pool area with swimming pool and kids pool, and more. This is the perfect place to experience an unforgettable Caribbean getaway.

LOCATION:

Lake View Villa is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is situated on hole 1 (Hibiscus) of the Cocotal golf course, offering picturesque views of the lake and fairway. NOTE: The lake in front of the villa cannot be used for any water activities, such as swimming or boating.

Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.

The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. There are also plenty of great local restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities located just outside the resort.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

VIP inclusion: Access to Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant on Bávaro Beach (advance reservations required). Complimentary transportation is included with a minimum consumption of US$ 25 per person at the restaurant/bar, which must be paid upon booking via a secure payment link to confirm your reservation. You will receive this amount as a credit for food and beverages at the restaurant/bar (no refund for unconsumed credit). Reservations are subject to availability and must be booked well in advance. Food and beverages from outside are not permitted at the beach club. NOTE: Food & beverages at the Jellyfish restaurant/bar and are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the restaurant. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply! Blackout dates are specific dates during which the beach club access is not available, e.g. due to private events.

NOTE: Villa guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, which is only for property owners.

THE SPACE:

Lake View Villa is a gorgeous 8-bedroom, 8 1/2 bath, 2-story villa with a large screen-in terrace, balconies, swimming pool & Jacuzzi. NOTE: The Jacuzzi can be heated, but the pool cannot.

As you step through the double front door, you’re immediately welcomed by the spacious living- and dining area. The interior is kept in a contemporary Scandinavian style with simple and minimal décor, white furniture combined with black wood and glass tables.

Step outside to an amazing outdoor oasis featuring a furnished terrace, a sparkling swimming pool & Jacuzzi, and a generous pool deck with sunbeds. This is the perfect space for relaxing and soaking up the sun. If it gets too hot, step inside and challenge your friends to a game of billiards and show off your skills at the pool table.

For those unable to fully disconnect during their escape, the villa offers a dedicated home office space equipped with a desk and 3 office chairs, ensuring productivity can seamlessly blend with your vacation.

Enjoy lovely meals in the indoor dining room, complete with elegant white chairs and a custom-built dining table, or enjoy casual outdoor dining on the screened-in patio. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking delicious meals during your stay, AND the villa includes a private chef to make your stay more enjoyable (food and beverages not included)!

THE BEDROOMS:

Lake View Villa has 8 bedrooms – 6 inside the main house and 2 in the guest wing. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 5 bedrooms upstairs.

NOTE: All bedrooms have 1 King bed which can be separated into 2 Twin beds.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs, main house): The primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, desk and chair, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, and a private balcony with views of the lake and golf course.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs, main house) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private rooftop-style balcony with views of the lake and golf course.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club before arrival. All outside guests must be registered, and an additional fee will be charged. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
