It has not been remodeled, transformed or intervened, but to guarantee today's modern facilities, being equipped to make the normal life of a home, with an improved kitchen and bathroom, being connected to the world by satellite (TV) or by data from the Internet (available on condition).

One hour from Porto (world heritage site - UNESCO), and just twenty minutes from the Douro wine region, also a world heritage site, with access (from Régua) to unique trips by train and boat. Close to unmissable landscapes painted by the mountains of Montemuro, Aboboreira and Marão.

In the heart of the Romanesque Route and the Vinho Verde Route, so close to the Port and Douro Wine Route. A few kilometers from Tormes, home to Eça de Queiroz.
