"Le Terrazze” is located in Piano di Mommio in the town of Massarosa, famous for its beautiful natural environment and the historical importance of the Roman era as it shown traces of the ancient Roman baths Massaciuccoli.
The property consists of two units adjacent and suitably separated so as to make them independent. In one of the unit owners live in the villa. The unit destined to the rent has an area of about 120 square meters and features a front garden with olive trees, palm trees, herbs and flowers and two covered patios and outdoor terrace, ideal as solarium. Parking outside is not exclusive and parking (for 3 cars) internal private access gate.
The one-floor Villa has a flowery patio with lounge area, furnished with sofa and coffee table, which gives access to a large and bright living room with sea view and spacious relaxation area / TV, furnished with two chairs and a big sofa , a beautiful fireplace (decorative use) and a dining area with wooden table for 6/8 people. A hallway connects the living room with two spacious bedrooms, a double bed (160x190) and a two beds room (80x190) (double bed on request) and a bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. In the hallway between the living room and the kitchen, a third room has double function of study / bedroom with a single sofa bed and the sliding door that gives the necessary privacy. The kitchen, complete with accessories (oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc.), has a dining table with seating for 4/6 people and access to a large patio and outdoor terrace. In the patio there is a table for outdoor dining and barbecue area, while the open terrace, equipped with chairs, sofa and coffee table, is the ideal area to relax in the sun.
Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, tv, wifi, iron and ironing board (on request and free of charge), baby accessories (crib, high chair, stroller on request and free of charge). Possibility of additional beds.
Pets allowed only outside areas.
Non smoking.

Front and back garden (wiht lemon and fruit trees, rosemary, outdoor games for children, etc..) are in common with the owners. Please note that the back garden is terraced.
Our dogs do not have access to areas for guests and to the gardens.
Despite regular pest control, being in the countryside, we can not avoid the presence of mosquitoes and crickets. To minimize the problem please keep the door closed as much as possible, especially in the evening.

Piano di Mommio is a small village in the countryside, but close to the sea and ideal starting point to visit the most beautiful places of the Versilia and Tuscany. From here you can walk to the ancient village of Mommio Castello, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view or the archaeological site of Buca delle Fate, where you can admire and view historical artifacts from the Stone Age.
Shops, grocery, pharmacy, bars and restaurants are within walking distance from the house. Moreover, in the central square of the village you will find a small playground and a "Water House " (dispenser of natural water purified).
