I offer a 92m2 apartment on the 1st floor of our family home, ideally located near the beach, amenities, entertainment and the marina. You can do everything on foot, the beach is 3 minutes walk, the port and shops 100 meters.
The apartment has an independent entrance, a beautiful living room, a kitchen separate dining room, three beautiful bedrooms, entrance, bathroom and separate WC.
You can also access the garden and its BBQ for your meals and grills.
The apartment is well furnished and well equipped, It is bright, on 4 sides, facing South / West.
Complete household appliances: LL, LV, Oven, Microwave, coffee maker.
A large free private car park is at your disposal to park your vehicle.
