This lovely barn conversion is close to the city of Durham near to Chester-le-Street and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Brooksdie Byre is a lovely barn conversion situated close to the city of Durham just eleven miles from Chester-le-Street in County Durham. The cottage can sleep six people in three super king-size bedrooms all with en-suite which can be zip/link into six twin beds. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen area, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Brookside Byre is a pretty cottage in a superb location to exploring this beautiful area.
Amenities: Biomass eco central heating with underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TVs with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. no smoking. Shop 3.5 miles, pub 2 miles. Please note: This property accepts a minimum of three nights. Over the Christmas and New Year period this property only accepts week long bookings
