To the second floor is the master bedroom with walk in dressing area and ensuite shower room. There is a second bedroom with single bed and doorway through to the bathroom and 3rd bedroom with a small double bed. The bathroom can also be accessed via the hallway. To the front of the property is driveway leading to single garage providing ample parking. This property is great access for those using the A167, and only 15 minutes walk down to the city or the Science Site of the University.
