.The Mileni Residence is a recently built complex with a garden area and swimming pool in Roses, very well located near the beach and shops.

Features and amenities of this accommodation:



Capacity: Suitable for up to 4 people, located on the 3rd floor.

Location: Just 100 meters from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops.

Surface: 65 m² of interior space plus a 12 m² terrace overlooking the pool.

Distribution: Two bedrooms, one with a 1.50m bed and the other with two 0.90m beds

Bathrooms: Bathroom with bathtub.

Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

Amenities: Satellite television, Wi-Fi connection, elevator, terrace furniture, iron, heat pump heating, air conditioning, underground garage with direct access to the elevator and your apartment.

Common area: Gardens and community pool.

Quiet area: Ideal for a relaxing vacation.



Please note that sheets and towels have an additional cost and are not included in the reservation price €15 sheets €10 towels. You can reserve them or bring them from home. Super apartment with best location in Roses

We stayed 8 nights with a family of 4 +baby and enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice person and office personal, highly engaged and flexible to solve issues. We lost a bag when leaving and got great help. The flat is modern and good quality interior, well equipped and everything clean, including private parking. Best location in Roses as it is situated in the middle in a nice private place with pool and next to the beach and restaurants - still very quite in terms of sleeping and relaxing. Thanks again ;-)))

Schöne Wohnung tolle Lage

Der Aufenthalt war rundum zu empfehlen. Schöne Wohnung. Der Pool der Anlage wird rege genutzt und die Wohnung liegt nur 100 Meter vom tollen Strand und der schönen Promenade entfernt. An der Promenade ist die Gastronomie sehr zu empfehlen und der Ortskern von Roses ist nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt. Alles in allem toller Urlaub.

El apartamento está perfecto, bien cuidado, espacioso en generalsi bien la cocina es más pequeña, con una terraza amplia, piscina y parking en el mismo edificio. Cruzar la calle y la playa. Estaría bien que dejaran algo para los primeros días, alguna bolsa de basura más, papel higiénico...

Schöner Aufenthalt

Tolle Agentur, sehr hilfsbereit, hatten Probleme mit dem Internet, das in Roses grundsätzlich während der Sommermonate sehr schlecht ist und man hat sich super für uns eingesetzt. Wohnung war gut, wir kannten die Häuser schon und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Appartement bien situé mais bruyant

Appartement situé à moins de 100m de la plage, bien équipé. La terrasse est très exposée au vent car elle est à l'angle du bâtiment et très bruyante car elle donne sur la piscine remplie d'enfants. Chambre calme avec une bonne literie.

L'appartement climatisé est conforme à l'annonce. Bien équipé, confortable et lumineux. On se sent tout de suite chez soi! La place de parking situé au sous-sol est spacieuse et permet de stocker vélos et autres gadgets de plage derrière la voiture même de bonne taille (scenic pour notre part) La rue est assez tranquille. Petite vue mer par la balcon et vue montagne par la grande chambre dont le lit est très confortable. L'appartement est situé à quelques m de la plage, sans route à traverser ce qui est idéal pour les enfants. De plus le poste de secours de la plage est situé face à la résidence (sécurisant). La piscine commune à la résidence est située dans un grand jardin clos. Elle est parfaitement entretenue. Elle est même ouverte une partie de la nuit,(pratique quand les nuits sont chaudes). La résidence est proche de nombreux restaurants, épiceries, ..., boulangeries et autre boucheries, mourrir de faim est totalement impossible dans le secteur! Je remercie l'agence ainsi que la propriètaire et son fils qui nous ont aidé et soutenu dans d'importantes démarches de santé qui ont failli compromettre notre séjour. Grâce à leurs conseils, leur aide et leur gentillesse nous avons pu poursuivre nos vacances normalement après quelques jours pour le moins tumultueux; Encore merci

Appartement proche des plages

Concernant l.environnement, l'appartement est proche de la plage et c'est un vrai plaisir de pouvoir s'y rendre sans prendre la voiture et de pouvoir également profiter des animations du centre de rosas avec ses restaurants et ses boutiques qui sont à 10-15 minutes à pied. L'environnement est calme hormis durant les 5 jours de la festa major en août où des concerts sont organisés jusqu'à 3 heures du matin sur un terrain tout près de l'appartement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine de la résidence qui est bien entretenue. Concernant l'appartement celui-ci est parfait pour 4 personnes mais il est préférable d'éviter de considérer le canapé comme un couchage quotidien car le matelas est peu confortable (mal de dos assuré). L'appartement est fonctionnel et la climatisation un vrai plus. Nous avons apprécié la rapidité des réponses apportées à nos demandes et remercions Lise pour sa réactivité. Cet appartement est idéal pour profiter de tous les plaisirs estivaux à Rosas.

Merci Lise un séjour en famille très agréable, dans un appartement moderne, clair, propre et idéalement situé à deux pas de la plage, des commerces et à mi chemin entre vieille ville et nouvelle marina. Déjeuners sur le balcon plein sud et vue sur la piscine, parking souterrain avec accès direct à l'appartement, superbes promenades sur la plage (100 m) et dans les collines (500 m). Accueil impeccable, convivial et en français par Rita à l'agence. Des vacances de Pâques réussies et relativement bon marché, grâce à vous. Merci !

Nous avons passé en famille (2 enfants, 2 parents et 2 grds parents) une très bonne semaine ; appartement tout à fait conforme aux descriptions, très agréable à vivre, fonctionnel : juste un petit bémol sur la qualité du matelas du canapé, mais pour une semaine, c'est acceptable.
