Just 10 minutes from the busy city center on a peaceful village road, and only a short walk from the bus stop, House Tereza sits on a quiet and relaxing Seafront overlooking the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay.

Swimming is literally on your doorstep, without even having to cross a road, and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik area. We offer private waterfront with sunbeds & umbrellas. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included. Waterfront with sunbeds and ground floor terrace are shared among guests staying in House Tereza.

Seagull apartment consist of living room with kitchen, bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm and new renovated bathroom. There is electric stove, fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle in the kitchen. There is no oven and washing machine in the unit. There are 2 air conditioning. We provide bed linens and bathroom towels, but don't provide beach towels. Apartment is on the 2nd floor which means 2 floors above ground floor and stairs in the house to climb up. There is no elevator in the house. The apartment has no balcony, but windows with direct sea view. There is a shared terrace with dining tables on the ground floor by the sea. Private parking is next to the apartment.

There are several restaurant and two well equipped mini-markets near the bus stop, and several other good restaurants a gentle stroll away, within easy walking distance around the bay. But you may not want to dine out once you have enjoyed your covered terrace to dine al fresco, overlooking the sea. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Or, if you are feeling more energetic we have paddle boards for hire, and boat trips to the Islands.
