The large covered private parking is easy and allows the parking of many cars.
The comfortable pool of 4x12 meters is protected from prying eyes with large spaces that allow easy use by guests.
The large back veranda allows you to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors even away from the sun.

All Salento is about 50/60 km from the villa (including the Adriatic coast) and is therefore enjoyable with short trips.
The villa is about 400 meters from 2 well-stocked supermarkets, tobacconist, pharmacy, first aid, newsagent, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, municipal park, tennis courts, playgrounds for children.
2 nightclubs are close enough to be reached on foot, but far enough away from not being heard.
The minimum stay of one week is mandatory only in high season, ask for information for shorter stays.
