This house is in a great location, to enjoy Davis. Close to downtown, and close to campus. We have stayed here several times, and every time we have been very happy.

Excellent communication with the host. The home was clean, had everything you could possibly need (laundry supplies, snacks, drinks, parking pass for N streets, pet supplies). It was very welcoming. The property is easy walking distance to downtown businesses.

We just had the best weekend in Davis celebrating my daughter’s graduation! The house was perfect and Corie was so great to work with! The house was very comfortable and even had snacks and drinks waiting for us!

Charming, well furnished, quiet and centrally located

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving gathering here. Beautifully decorated, kitchen was well appointed, beds and living area very comfortable, nice outdoor spaces and close to central Davis. Would love to stay here again!

This is the best rental I've ever had and I've already told everyone I know who might be planning a visit to Davis in the future to apply to stay here. Truly, it was wonderful, and Cory was wonderful to work with! The house is charming, perfectly situated, and Cory had left so many nice, thoughtful touches for our comfort. We were there for a wedding with no time to devote to any potential housing issues, so we're grateful there were none, and that in fact Cory had thought of everything to make our stay easy and fun. My favorite thing was getting up early each morning to have a cup of coffee on the front porch before the day's activities began. Thank you, Cory - you're the best!

Charming, wonderful home in downtown Davis

This charming cottage was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Corie left us some yummy snacks to kick start our stay, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. The house was very clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely backyard, and downtown Davis was a short walk away. Great place.
