HOLIDAY HOUSE IN PANAREA
Typical Aeolian house on two floors: the ground floor are two entrances, one from the garden and one from the courtyard, which is respectively facing the first on a road that leads to the sea and the other on the road leading to the port. The courtyard leads to a small corridor where they are in sequence a bathroom, a large kitchen, and a living room which in turn opens onto a covered patio and then the garden. Upstairs it is accessed via an internal staircase that arrives in a corridor in which there are a bathroom, a closet, a wardrobe dressing room and three bedrooms two of which open onto a large terrace from which you can admire the volcano Stromboli and the small islands next to the coast. The house is equipped with every comfort and necessary equipment, the bedrooms are air-conditioned and in the yard there is a small room for the washing machine, for the distribution of gas, and the various tools custody. The garden is planted with fruit trees and ornamental flowers and near the house is equipped with an outdoor shower. The sofas in the room, the patio table and several indoor and outdoor seating are all built of masonry and ceramics for use Aeolian.
