About this property

It is the 1st floor of a house.

The apartment has a living room, dining room and open kitchen in a single space FULLY EQUIPPED, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an integrated bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobe. All rooms of the apartment are exterior and have a view of the beach, A La cala and the garden of the house.

The apartment has 2 terraces. One is IN THE ACCESS AREA where there is a barbecue, table and chairs to eat there. The main terrace is in front of the living room and has all kinds of outdoor furniture and a magnificent view.

The house has central heating which is perfect for a winter stay and in summer there are fans in all rooms.

The apartment is accessed through the back of the house, directly from the part of the plot where the car is parked.

Only about 50 m from the house there is a supermarket and in the cove there are restaurants, bars and some other shop.

From June 1 to September 30 there is a bus line to and from the center of Roses. The stop is just behind the house.

In front of the house passes the round road, GR-92, which runs from the French border to southern Spain along the coast. It is a magnificent and placid cornice walk to the Natural Park of Cabo de Creus, the Cala Caladraba or to the center of Roses.

The house has a garden and a pool but they are for the exclusive use of the property.

Beautiful Location with Great Amenities

We stayed 4 days after Christmas. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. One bonus for the cold months is the wood-burning fireplace. There was plenty of firewood and it just made the location even more special. The views were amazing. This location is rare in that it has private parking behind a gate, exclusively for guests. Highly recommended and will return.

Super emplacement

Très bel emplacement, juste au dessus d'une magnifique petite plage et des ses restaurants. La superette à 2 min à pied est aussi très pratique. Le logement est confortable et bien agencé, il manque juste la climatisation pour pouvoir bien dormir quand il fait très chaud fenêtres fermées car quelques nuisances sonores sont à déplorer entre 3h et 5h du matin à la fermeture du Beach Club dont les clients envahissent la plage à la fermeture.

Beautiful Setting Beach adjacent Spanish Decor

Owner Valentina is a sweetheart and checked-in occasionally to make sure I was OK, since I ended up being here by myself. Decor felt authentic Spanish flair, perhaps some antiques. I loved the owners friendly dog, Tim who came for a daily visit. This apt is only steps from the beach, it has great views, wonderful balcony, fully equipped and spacious.
