The house has about 200 square meters, 130 house 70 of terrace. The residential complex has access to a swimming pool, tennis court, paddle tennis court and a place for children. The house has free parking, up to 3 cars. At 100 meters we have probably the largest super market on the island. 5 minutes walk we have the ocean.
