Dock details: There is a dock along Grand Lagoon. Extra fees apply for boats and trailers. A $50 fee covers docking a boat, and parking a boat trailer for your entire stay. This fee is payable to the HOA upon arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not Beachfront

Condo is not beachfront, slightly louder area, un-lit pool area, scary old elevator. Stocked well with kitchen supplies and towels. Needs new bed and pillows.

Great location, but…

I love St. Andrews Park, and the quieter end of PCB where this is located. A few things that the room said it had it did not have. It said it had a coffee maker. It did NOT have a WORKING coffee maker, however, there were three NON-working coffee makers were present. It said it had wi-fi on the paper in the room, but it did not work. It said there was a DVD player, but there was not, so we bought one, bc a tv with no wi-fi or cable isn’t much to watch. We just wanted it for an hour or so before bed, but we had to provide our own. Their light above the sink in the kitchen didn’t work, the ceiling fan above the bed didn’t work. If these things were taken care of, it’d be great. I tried to communicate this to Vacasa thru the “help” option, so I didn’t have to leave it in a review, but got no response. :-( Hopefully the owner can see this and take care of these quick fixes, so that guests have everything they think they will have.

Great for Adults

The size of the space and location was great. Walking distance to eateries and the beach. The pool was also very nice and everything was clean. I would not recommend bringing kids to this unit. The wifi did not function and the the front door does not have an interior deadbolt, so our one year old could easily open the door and excuse himself at his leisure. I would also advise bringing extra blankets, the blankets provided are very thin and there are no extras.
