This vacation Studio-Suite is located in the heart of the World famous OCEAN DRIVE/ART DECO DRIVE. This ART DECO building was converted into Suites.
Everything inside the Suite includes furniture, amenities, and a 55" QLED TV with Surround Stereo System. The Suite has a full kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom with tub and shower. Stepping-out of the Suite, you will be enjoying what South Beach is all about, the white sandy tropical beach with 360 degrees of scenery, and full of nightlife, clubs, bars, boutiques, museums, theaters, and international restaurants with delicious cuisines. Across the Condominium is Lummus Park bordering the beach with recreational activities and playgrounds for volleyball, basketball with public bathrooms and outdoor showers, cement path for roller-skaters, runners, walkers, and for tourists access to the beach.

Parking is available thru parking meters along Ocean Drive and its cross streets. The less expensive indoor parking is: City of Miami Beach Parking located on the corner of 7th street and Collins Avenue (entrance is thru Washington Ave and 7th Street because 7th St is One Way Street). Please keep in mind that the rate of parking in Miami Beach depends on the location and vary per day of the week and festivities around the South Beach. The further the parking is to the water/beach, the less expensive you will find the parking. Valet parking is also available by private companies throughout Collins Ave and Ocean Drive starting on 6th Street to 15th Street and their parking rates vary on the day of the week, weekends, and festivities around South Beach. OCEAN DRIVE IS OPEN One Way for vehicles from North to South (from 15th St to 5th St).

Vacation to remember

Great location, Resturarants, shops and beach all within walking distance. Very comfortable king size bed. We will remember this vacation for the rest of our life's. Highly recommend this location.

Lovely location

Location was perfect right on the strip. We had a wonderful time walking by the beach.Riding bikes, having drinks fun place to be. Close to everything really loved going to bayside. The only thing I could complain about isThe one ply toilet paper. It was so cheap, you could literally see right through it. Other than that it was perfect. The lady there kept checking in to make sure we didn't need anything, very polite.

Location is great, room was spacious and clean. The only issue was the check-in time. A week before our arrival we’ve requested early check-in to be able to attend to an important event. But they never followed-up on that. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, probably wouldn’t stay again

You get what you pay for. The location was great and was super close to the beach. The check in process was precarious and cumbersome. We had to get in touch with the housekeeper to check in, and had to wait in the lobby while she was finishing up cleaning. The security guard in the building was noticeably drunk when we arrived which was a little unnerving. All in all I think paying a little more for a little nicer place would be a better route to go.

Great location. Beach is just across the street, but the building was having some issues.

This place was pretty good. The location in south beach was great. It’s directly across the street from the beach. The only downside was the building this unit is in was having some kind of water/ mold or pest problems. The smell from the lobby to the room was horrible. It smelled like someone dumped 5 gallons of ant raid all over the place. The smell didn’t make it into the room though. The only problem with the room was the sofa sleeper is a pretty crappy one. Just beware of that if your going to need to use it. We parked our car in the public garage that’s only a block away. It was ok but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Lots of issues

There are some issues with this property. Some positives were the location is great and parking is within a few blocks. It is across the street from the beach and lots of restaurants. Some of the negatives included 1 key for the property for 3 people, the pull out sofa bed frame was busted, so we were short a bed. The shower did not work. The mechanism to turn it from a bath to a shower was jammed. I could not pull it out with out despite the host contact telling me to just pull on it. On saturday morning, the lobby had a major water leak which caused the fire alarm to be set off in the whole building per the fire department. It appeared no one came to sesses all the water leaking from the ceiling. They just moved the furniture from the lobby and roped off the area. The fire department came to the building 5 times during the night but could only temporarily silence the alarm, they could not disable. It had to be done by the alarm company but no one could get a hold of them. We were unable to sleep. Communication with the the contact was mostly prompt but unhelpful.

Alberto was very comunicative and explained expectations clearly. Helena was helpful, friendly, available to answer questions and we loved the place. It was in the best location on South Beach, it was clean, quiet, fully stocked, large, and accommodating.

Very small kitchen, from pictures made it look bigger. Literally a hotel with a refrigerator and bathroom had a sink leak that got my socks wet every time walked in the bathroom. High light is its right across the streetbfrom the beach, down fall is its behind a restaurant that tries to persuade you eat or drink for happy hour EVERY time you walk by. Building is one of the oldest on the strip so only the room has light renovation. All other parts of the build are still old. Great bargain if you dont plan on doing much sleeping, do to the location and traffic

Great location on south beach!

We stayed in this unit 2 nights before getting on a cruise ship. It was a perfect location for food, fun, and the beach. The unit is spacious and clean. It is a bit noisy during the day. The laundry facilities do have a fee. There is no pool or hot tub though I believe the listing said there was. Great pit stop for two people!
