Centrally located house in Nokomis

Owner lives onsite in an adjacent property and she was very responsive each time a maintenance issue arose. The house is older, but electrical and plumbing issues aside, it was a nice retreat from the winter snow back home. We enjoyed sitting on the pier and watching the sunrise. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance of the house. The home is centrally located to both Venice Beach and Nokomis Beach with everything we needed just a quick drive away. It was an easy drive to both Ft Myers and Punta Gorda airports.

Perfect location

House is great for boat owners or boat renters. Just minutes from the gulf and right on Roberts Bay. We have a 22' Bay boat, in good conditions we could run to the gulf and on rough days we could head South to Lemon Bay via the inter coastal. Water and electric on the dock. Just 2 blocks from Captain Eddie's for lunch or dinner. Minutes away from Pop's if you want to travel by boat to lunch or dinner. Great place to be right on the water. Lucy May was a wonderful host and helpful.

My Home is a very comfy open floor plan with laid back feeling and awesome views from several rooms looking over Robert's Bay and the ICW. in Nokomis,
The private backyard is equip with a bar-b-q- and shaded area with dining for 8.
it is also fenced off so your fur babies can join in.
The 50 ft dock has seating to enjoy your beverage and relax or watch the activate in the
"Ski doo/Boating" designated area. You will see sailboats classes,
birds of all kinds, sometimes a dolphin or two!

What makes this property unique

This home is located in an area for enjoyable walking, bike riding, to many waterfront eatery's and the Island of Venice for shopping, dining or a stroll to the beaches, while having views of the waterfront.
