We are up and running and everything is looking great at our place. The pool is open. The beach is being restored. They added 250 feet of beautiful white sand to the beach!! It is great! The Santini Plaza now has a few shops open and the ice cream store is back in business. The Publix and CVS are open. Things are definitely looking better.


Looking for a vacation spot that has it all? You have found it right here!! This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on beautiful Fort Meyers Beach. The condo is in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club complex on the south end of the island, otherwise known as the quiet end. Fort Myers Beach was voted one of the top 10 safest beaches in the world on Travel Channel. It is a white sand beach and a beachcombers delight if you looking for seashells. The complex also includes a heated pool, the best tennis courts on the island, and pickleball courts that are all for your use as our guest. There is parking on the complex.

The condo is set up for families with children of all ages with books, movies, games, sand toys and noodles for the pool. There is a king bed and queen size sofa sleeper with an accordion door that can be pulled shut to make this 2 bedrooms. It is also perfect for that romantic holiday as it is very quiet and relaxing and the private balcony is also perfect for a glass of wine while watching the sunset. We even had a wedding proposal take place on the balcony this year and guests who got married on the beach! It is also a perfect honeymoon location!!

The condo is beautifully decorated and we keep everything updated for your enjoyment. The kitchen is completely furnished with stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, blender, toaster, etc. Linens are provided. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

We have a queen size pull out sleeper and recliner in the living area. There is a table and chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony and a kitchen table with 4 chairs in the kitchen. We have a new 55 inch TV with blue ray player with movies for all ages. Books, games and beach toys are supplied also. There are also beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella for your use.

We now have high-speed internet directly into our condo!! It is possible to now make this a working vacation if necessary.

You never have to worry about boredom! There is parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, dolphin tours, sightseeing tours, day trips to the Keys, casino boats, lots of shopping and golf available within a short drive. Tennis is available right on the grounds along with pickleball. The pool is heated so it feels like bath water. The trolley is running along the entire island. Plus the beach is right outside your door!

Pets are welcome for an additional cost of $50 per week. The association does ask for proof of shots from your vet at least 30 days in advance of your visit. This is for your safety and also for the safety of your pet. Do not leave any part of the family behind!

Location is top notch. Beautiful setting and perfect sunsets, we liked being close to lovers key. A few bumps at check in but Cory addressed it immediately and we were very satisfied with our stay overall. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and sand toys. Could use a few more beach towels.

We love this place and being retired we like the quiet south end of FMB. I pointed out to the owner the a couple things that need done. Cory is wonderful! We had wished that the tub/shower could use a hand rail to steady myself in the shower other than that I wouldn't change a thing. I will continue renting from her if our health is good. I highly recommend this condo to rent!

Cozy Spot on the Beach

Looking for beachfront? This is the place. On the quiet end of the island, it is a great place to relax and unwind. If you like to collect seashells, I highly recommend. On our trip the shelling was better here than on Sanibel. Loved our relaxing stay.

Beautiful Sunsets

The balcony allowed us to see some amazing sunsets and dolphins swimming. The condo’s close proximity to the Gulf provided us a relaxing vacation with walks on the beach in the morning and sitting on the beach in the afternoon. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping.

Wherever we were in the unit, we had a view of the water. There’s about 5-6 restaurants in walking distance - Great marina restaurant across the street. There’s a lovely lagoon with wildlife to see every day. I am thrilled I can come back next year!! Thank you Cory!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Its description was accurate.On the downside, there's still a lot of construction and repair happening in Fort Myers Beach due to the hurricanes. There was beach renovation that was happening 24x7. The beeping of heavy equipment backing up was with us all night.Looks like the beach renovation will be done shortly and you'll be able to enjoy yourselves on a large beach.

Wonderful Beach Condo

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo itself as well as the grounds were both very clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and for cooking. It was really a blessing to not have to bring all our chairs and other beach stuff with us on the trip. Our favorite part of the condo was the view. Wow. I literally could have sat out there all day and night. The view, the smell, the breeze, everything was awesome. The beach was small but more than enough to have a great time. There are tons of shells to collect and we must have brought home probably 2 grocery bags full. All in all, it was a great stay, and we didn't really want to leave.

Condo was so nice, amenities were plentiful & the towels were the thickest towels I’ve ever seen! Where did you buy them??? Lol The best thing was, the 1st morning we went to make coffee & pot wasn’t working, the owner, Cory, replied immediately & Marion had a new one to us immediately! We ran out & we got back it was there, out of the box & set up! Thank you Cory & Marion! You saved the day! Don’t hesitate to rent this condo!

Overall a great place to stay. AC didn’t blow cold but we only needed it for part of a day. Could have used a mixer. The balcony tracts needed swept so wheels didn’t get stuck. Dishwasher wasn’t working, didn’t care. I’m sure these minor issues will be fixed. I think we are the first to rent post Ian. Did not in anyway make our trip any wonderful. Great condo I will stay in again. Directly on the gulf, best view of the all the rooms in the building.

We live in Janesville, Wisconsin. My husband is a farmer and I work at home for the local hospital doing medical transcription. We have 2 children, our son who is currently at home with us and our daughter who is happily married to our favorite son-in-law and is currently living in Fort Atkinson, WI. We bought this property for our family vacation getaway and also someday as a retirement property (needed a place to escape the snow)!

Why they chose this property

We traveled all over Florida with our children and fell in love with Fort Myers Beach. It is family friendly and you feel very safe at all times. The beach is very safe and even voted one of the top 10 safest beaches on the Travel Channel. We found renting a condo so much nicer than getting a hotel as you have all the conveniences of home. It is great for families as you can prepare meals in or you can choose to go out, you have snacks handy at all times, there is room for everyone to spread out, and just a great a great way to unpack and enjoy your vacation. The views are perfect and we absolutely love it! It is a great place to go fishing, collect seashells, watch the dolphins, and just relax. So nice and quiet and relaxing!

We try to add amenities for everyone of all ages as it just makes it feel like home. We have books, movies and games for all ages. We keep sand toys and noodles for the pool as this makes it great for kids and handy for parents. The kitchen and bathroom are completely stocked with everything you need. There are beach towels, cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella for your use. High-speed Internet directly into the condo.
