A vacation paradise in the Florida Keys -
An oceanside townhouse in a gated community with 24 hour security.
It is located at mile marker 100 in Key Largo - Diving Capital of the
World. Located right on the premises is Marina with
deep-water dockage, ramp, and trailer storage.
This townhouse is fully furnished and can accommodate parties up to 10 people. It has 3 floors with patios and balconies facing the front
and back, overlooking a lushly-landscaped saltwater lagoon with sandy
beach. It has a full kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, and
dinnerware necessary to prepare your favorite meal.
the unit has amenities of more expensive resorts -
marina, beach, pools, tennis courts, playground, BBQ areas, chickee
huts, etc., but at a price less than local hotels.

Perfect for a family vacation

The condo and location for our family was perfect…3 families that included toddlers and elementary age children and grandparents. Boat slip within property made it very convenient for those wanting to fish and the lagoon beach was great for the toddlers. Condo was VERY well stocked as well

Private Lagoon…..yes, please!

We loved our stay at Kewama. Such a cool place with a number of things to entertain ourselves and our kids. Fishing at the point, snorkeling in the lagoon with tarpon and parrot fish, riding the golf cart and bikes around the property, kayaks, SUP, the fun never ended. The condo is quiet, cozy and slept well also. Would highly recommend to those that like to stay and play!

Nice Stay in the Keys!

Townhouse felt like home was well furnished with everything you need for a nice Florida Keys getaway. Close to many great restaurants and attractions that you don't need to drive real far and get to beat the local traffic. Would recommend if you need a nice home base to explore the beautiful surrounding area.

We had a blast!

Our family had a great time at the property. The views of the water was top notch. We had plenty of space to hangout together as well as space if we needed to be by ourselves. Will definitely come back to this resort!

Great Location in Key Largo

Our family had a great vacation in Key Largo. This condo was in the perfect location. The property is very clean, and there are many things to do to keep everyone entertained. We also enjoyed hanging out on the screened in porch facing the lagoon. I would definitely stay here again.

Key Largo stay

Great place to stay! Very clean! Loved the location..loved that is has a guarded entrance and the property manager was fantastic! Lots of things to do at the location, as well as, the surrounding area. Great overall experience… highly recommend!

Great Location

Anna and Tony went out of their way to make this a wonderful stay. I cannot say enough great things about Tatiana at the Security Gate as well. Make sure to bring some cat food to throw to the fish in the lagoon!

Great Property!

We spent Christmas here and loved the property. The Christmas tree was an added bonus! It is well stocked with all of The essentials plus a lot of extras, such as kayaks, SUP, grill and golf cart. It was a friendly area and we can’t wait to return!

Wonderful family stay

We had an excellent stay for the week of New Years. Grandparents, parents, and two young children (4 and 2) were able to enjoy this property. Our only hiccup is that we ran out of toilet paper but otherwise it was perfect. We want to come back again next year!

My calves are tired from all the stairs but the unit was clean, had great living space, and was in a fantastic location. The resort/ club has a lot to offer. The golf cart was fantastic to go to the beach area but it's pretty walkable overall. Very responsive host. We had a great time, thank you!

Christmas vacation

Loved loved loved this place!!!! Kids has the best time at the beach and pool. They loved using the wake board and kayak. The entire place was beautiful and the townhouse was decorated so nice. Had everything we needed and then more!!!

Christmas in Key Largo

Sparkling clean. Lots of room on 3 levels. Great spot for little kids - pool, lagoon, ocean. Something for everyone. We hope to return next year. Anna always responded promptly to any questions asked.

The perfect vacation rental

This property is absolutely beautiful and the perfect location within Kawama- within just a few steps of the lagoon beach and the smaller pool. Our whole group enjoyed the thoughtfully furnished condo that gave us plenty of space to spread out. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Having access to a golf cart and kayaks was a huge plus. I’ve already booked our return trip next year, we all agreed we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

We had a beautiful island themed 3 level condo in Key Largo. Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, screened balconies. Fully equipped including beach/pool toys, fishing equipment, bicycle, golf cart. Lush surrounding...2 pools, playgrounds. Immediate contact with owner. Would go here again!

The house was so clean! It had everything we needed as far as living arrangements! Obviously, we had to supply our own food and stuff. The host was very gracious when it came to anything we needed or had concerns about! We LOVED it!! Such a cute little home!

Happy with our stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Well stocked kitchen. Nice pool and lagoon area. Golf cart a great bonus. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean. Plenty of chairs and tiki shelters by the ocean for our use. The only downside is lack of a dining room table. We swam with the dolphins which is just 10 minutes away and was a blast. We recommend this property.

Beautiful home

My family and friends had such a great time in this home. The pool and lagoon was just steps away from the back door. That turned into our kids favorite spot. The kitchen had everything needed so we could cook at the house. Anna was very help from the minute I book her home. We would come back here again.

Bucket list trip

This was a family vacation with 11 enjoying the week. The Florida Keys were on our bucket list and the trip was incredible. Our condo was like being at home. Very comfortable, beautiful decorations and very accommodating. The property was beautiful the amenities were incredible and the golf cart was a life saver. The raccoons and the iguanas were entertaining. I can’t tell you how incredible your condo was to help our week be perfect. We will be back. The crazy Jaggears Bunch

Excellent Choice

My family of 6 adults just stayed at this property for 10 days. It was a perfect fit for us. It was very clean and well stocked. We cooked quite a few meals and had everything we needed. For some reason there was a cord missing from the tv in one of the bedrooms and Anna quickly took care of it for us!! She gave us great suggestions for going out to eat and was excellent with her communications!! We most definitely would return to this property in the future!!

My Husband and I have been married for over 25 years. We are hard working people that happened to have this great opportunity to own this little piece of paradise in the Florida Keys. We live in Miami and love coming down the Keys on weekends to relax and recharge for the next work week. When our kids were young, we would all go and enjoy boating, swimming and fishing. The kids are all grown and now is just my husband and I enjoying the quiet and relaxing times. After renting for many years in the Keys, We decided to own a unit to enjoy year long. The unit was in poor condition, and most of the repairs were done by Family and friends. We have many memories of great Summer vacations at Our place hoping the same experiences are carried down to our kids and hopefully one day our grand kids.

If you are like me, when I vacation I take advantage of what the location has to offer on a budget. Our priority is to look for clean & comfortable accommodations. Our unit offers that for you and your family. We have extras for everyone, games, bicycles, snorkel gear, kayak, we recently added a paddle board for everyone enjoy as well. We have fishing rods, and much more.

Our unit is unique in many ways, Its comfortable and inviting like your own home. It gives a sense of calmness and relaxation. Beautifully decorated with a touch of retro. We update as needed and are personally involved with each rental reservation to be certain our guests enjoy their stay. There is always something new to see and experience. We have many extras for you to enjoy. We love our unit at Key Largo and wish you to love and enjoy it as much as we do. Best regards.
