Beautiful one bedroom condo in a quiet building one block from the ocean and Heisler Park. This condo is less than a two minute walk to the ocean. There is an amazing park across the street and you can walk to downtown Laguna Beach in less than ten minutes. There are all sorts of bars, restaurants and shops surrounding the neighborhood. The perfect escape for one or two people looking to have a relaxing and peaceful getaway in front of the ocean. Newly remodeled kitchen, flooring and bedroom.

Simply put, there is no better location for this price. You are one block from the ocean and one of the nicest beaches in Laguna.
What makes this property unique
1:20 second walk to beach. Access to all of Laguna's best bars and restaurants. No need for a car! I am also on flexible with price depending on length of stay and if you want to come back again in the future :)
