- This does not work like a Hotel with access to the Concierge. All communications need to happen with us and we will be your main contact at all times with respect to the reservation. Guests are not registered residents of the building and should not contact the Concierge.
- Any garments with very minor stains are not simply thrown away. We can certainly assure you that all towels, bed sheets, comforters, blankets, etc will go through a proper wash after check-out. Anything you use as a guest must be left out and not go back into the closet / storage so that it is picked up for laundry by the Cleaners.
- Please connect with the host in advance regarding the logistics for the key pick-up and check-in. Building Concierge will not any information regarding the reservation.
- Long term stays of over 28 days will require mandatory cleaning every 2 - 3 weeks. Cleaning costs is expected to costs between $60 - $80 and is to be shared equally between the guest and us. Excessively dirty units may costs more.
