RELAX-ENJOY at a home away from home!

Sleeps 8: 3 Bedrooms with queen size beds, loft w/ 2 convertible queen size sofas

The Villas at Cedar Cove are beautiful townhouses with an open floor plan. This unit is richly furnished with ground-level front door entrance. The elegant master suite on the main level with a queen size bed has a private bath that is a perfect place for relaxation. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, and a large loft with two convertible sofas which fold down to queen size beds. Linens and towels are NOT included.

Your family will be comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large great room and powder room. There is a private carpeted garage for additional seating, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, adult/child bicycles and a driveway to accommodate two vehicles. Additional on-site parking is also available for 1 additional car down the street (3 vehicle limit). You can also enjoy the beautiful pool which is located directly next to this townhome. This community is within walking distance to a shopping center with grocery store, restaurants, banks, liquor store and restaurants.

The location of the house places you in close proximity of the beaches, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants of nearby Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach and Fenwick Island, Delaware, as well as Ocean City, Maryland.

Awesome beach house!

A wonderful clean and comfortable beach home that my whole family loved! Spacious with a great layout and so close to the beach and grocery stores! The pool was a welcome relief after many hot hours at the beach. I would stay here again in a minute and would recommend it to anyone looking to vacation in the Bethany Beach area! Ed and Joan were friendly and helpful. Fantastic to work with! Thanks again!

Wonderful location, spotless and stocked with everything we needed.

Wonderful condo and garage was a plus to keep our coolers in there and out of our way. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and was spotless when we arrived. Grocery store was right around the corner of the unit with a Starbucks next door. 😍And pool was right next door. Plenty of room for the six of us. Perfect, had super weather and owners we’re a pleasure and kept the unit fully stocked. Highly recommend, though we did not have children, there is everything there at unit. Thank you Ed and Joan we had a wodureful much need vacation.

Home away from Home

We made a last minute decision to take the whole family to the beach for a long weekend. The owners of this property were very responsive to all inquiries (usually in minutes) and accommodating of our desire for only a long weekend instead of a full week. The property is gorgeous, spacious, walking distance from the grocery store, and a quick drive to the beach. We knew ahead of time that there was not Wi-Fi, however our internet connection on our Verizon phones was somewhat slow, although seemed better on the second floor. Would definitely recommend this location for your next vacation!

Wonderful first time!

This was my families first time to Bethany Beach and it was a wonderful vacation. The house rental was exactly as described, clean and in a prime location to restaurants. I was surprised the CLOSE location to the strip plaza- which was literally in our backyard! Had a great restaurant in there, close by to liquor store, seafood market, yummy restaurants all within a mile or less. The house was on a quiet street, very small neighborhood which was great for walking! Our only few issues were the upstairs sink drain was VERY slow and there was no grill in the pool area which was stated. It would be really nice to have a grill to use especially if you hit the local seafood markets. Lastly I would bring your own pillows as they were very flat. Overall an amazing trip and I look forward to going back to Bethany Beach and stay at this rental again!!!

Perfect family vacation

The property was very clean. It was perfect for our needs in size, location & price. The kitchen was stocked with essentials & we had everything we needed to make meals, including the grocery store in walking distance. The pool right next door was certainly a bonus. The owners were very nice to communicate with & answered all questions in a timely manner. Would definitely consider again for future vacations.

Clean and neat. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out. Location ideal. Few things needed, hose in backyard to wash off Sandy articles, Pyrex dishes for cooking in oven and a recycling container for trash collection. Other then these small items, it was perfect.

Phenomenal condo stay;

Our vacation in this condo is always exceptional. It is beautifully appointed, clean, conveniently located, extremely reasonably priced, friendly setting. Great vacation!

We were very happy with Joan and Ed's home. The location was close to everything. It was a short drive to Bethany beach,as well as the other beaches. We enjoyed driving to the outlets, as well as Dogfish brewery. The house was also conveniently located near a walk in Doctor, which we had to use for our 5 year old son. The house was very welcoming, but more importantly it was very clean! We felt at home right away! Our boys loved the loft, which was well equipped with movies and games. The owners were in contact with us whenever we needed them, they were available at all times. We would definitely recommend the house!

Fantastic beach home!

First let me say how professional and nice the owners, Ed and Joan, are. They really worked with us allowing our family to stay for a mini vacation getaway that we decided to take at the last minute! Even though our trip was only for a few days, we knew we choose the right house as soon as we pulled into the driveway! Let me say location, location, location! Not only is the pool right next door, but you can walk to the strip mall down the street which has a pizza place, Giant, a cool restaurant and more! My kids loved the loft and air hockey table! We used the beach toys provided since we forgot to bring ours! The home is very clean and roomy. The decor is pretty and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pans, dishes etc. I would highly recommend renting this lovely Bethany Beach home!

Spotless, Nicely Furnished Townhome in Quiet Area

Nicely furnished. Plenty of comfortable sleeping areas. Great access to the pool... only a few steps from the front door. Only a short trip to the beach. We had a great time playing the games and doing puzzles provided for our entertainment before bedtime. This townhome was very clean and inviting. Nice quiet area. Much needed relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again. A good time was had by all!

The place is GREAT!

The home was great. It was beautiful and perfect for us! All of the rooms were beautifully decorated and had wonderful accommodations. It was nice to have supplies such as toilet paper and other necessities already there for us to use before we got the chance to go to the store. It was nice to get a text from the owners letting us know that if we needed anything during our stay to contact them. Overall we were very happy with the hospitality and will definitely look at this home in preparing for future trips to Bethany Beach.

Outstanding place to stay !

We were more than just satisfied with the townhouse. When we arrived, everything was clean and ready for us. Really liked having the pool right next to us and grocery store and other shops a short walk away. Having two bicycles to ride, gave us an opportunity to explore a little, too. Spacious and comfortable

My family and I had a wonderful time @ Ed's Villa. It was clean, spacious and very cozy with all the comforts of home. The sleeper sofas in the den were even comfortable. The pool was very conveniently located next to the house and we also enjoyed riding the bikes. The beach was a short drive and we also enjoyed the Delaware Seashore state Park. We hope to go again. My nephew stated that it was the best vacation "ever", and I would have to agree. I would definitely recommend this to any family.

Excellent location and good rental property

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in the Bethany area at Ed's villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our rental. It was clean and spacious. We had a minor problem that was not anyones fault when we first arrived and Ed answered the phone immediately and was very helpful. Throughout the whole rental process, Ed has been very accomodating and quick to respond. The villa was right next door to the pool, which was great for a quick dip. The pictures really don't do it justice!! Right behind the villa was a Giant grocery store that had everything you could possibly need for a vacation. It was a 10-15 minute drive to the beach through quaint shopping areas and state park grounds. We went to the beach everyday at the Delaware state seashore park at the indian river location. It was $8 parking per day with bathhouse access that worked perfectly for our large group. The only negative I would really have to say would be lack of wifi in the home itself, however there is a starbucks located in the giant with free wifi so it was less than a 3 minute walk, and that's estimating on the slow side. The kitchen was very user friendly. We cooked most meals in and besides a roasting pan (which we just bought an aluminum disposable one at Giant anyways), the kitchen had everything and more than we could have possibly needed to cook our meals. I would definitley recommend this rental to a friend or family member and we are planning on staying again in the future!
