Enjoy our clean and affordable two bedroom condo right on the canal 100 yards to Three Sister Springs.
You have your own dock for fishing, bring your boat or use the dock
for fishing, kayaking or enjoying the sun. Two Kayaks are included
with the rental!! Your dock is 100
yards from Spring - (a long Swim or a short Kayak
paddle) the premiere spot for manatee watching or Snorkeling!
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking -
refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, full sized stove and
oven, and microwave plus all new utensils, cookware and dishes.
The bedroom features a great Queen sized bed with high quality
linens. The view from your bed overlooks the back yard and canal
where you may be greeted by a morning manatee or dolphin swimming
by.
The quiet neighborhood is safe and secure. There is a restaurant, dive shop, national park, and an outdoor sunset bar all within a five minute walk!!!
A big grocery store is two minutes away. A large mall with 8
theaters is a 10 minute drive. You will love the
location, having so many restaurants, banks and shopping so close and
having nature even closer!!

Pete was a very nice host! The location is incredible! Took me like 5 mins to kayak to Three Sisters. We will be back!Only thing: outback was really dark at night. Would be nice to have some lighting or solar lights to enjoy the water view at night.

Loved the place and couldn't ask for a better location. Got to swim with several manatees, including a baby, right in the condos canal. Super convenient that kayaks are already there and available for use. Got to meet the owner, Pete, and he was great as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

A location! A short paddle to 3 Sisters! We enjoyed the onsite kayaks and saw some manatees swim in canal. Communication and check in were smooth. The down side, there were minimal essentials and the place was dirty. Unfortunately, the weather was cold which meant we spent more time inside than we would have liked. The couch smelled strongly of body oil we were not comfortable sitting on it! The windows were full of fingerprints and dirt. There were a total of 2 bath towels in the entire house. Only 1 extra roll of toilet paper, no blow dryer, no kitchen spices, no shampoo etc. We have rented many places over the years and this has been our least favorite place. If you want a great location with not frills, you should consider staying here. If you like a comfortable, clean, well appointed place, keep looking.

We certainly like getting feedback, we never heard from this guest during their stay, maybe part of their frustration was the cold weather which we can not help...couches have couch covers so we could have addressed it quickly, dirty windows will be corrected by our professional cleaning service. There are extra bath towels in the bathroom closet (guest didn't find them?). we leave two rolls TP per bathroom. We no longer provide blow-dryers (they disappear), cooking spices and shampoo (personal items which would be difficult to determine an individual personal preference). we try and set the right expectations with our documents we email shortly after booking. We are a value focused property that is clean, secure and comfortable in an exceptional location. This guest used our kayaks, saw manatees in the back yard and enjoyed a two bedroom waterfront condo with a full kitchen for a great value (sorry it was cold that week)....If you are expecting to have a hotel experience with blow-dryers, shampoo and kitchen spices, this guest is correct, we do not offer that (Hampton Inn does)....we do offer a professionally cleaned two bedroom fully stocked kitchen waterfront condo 2 minute paddle from Three Sisters Springs that we believe is a great value...Pete Vega Manatee Property Mgmt of CR

It was wonderful! We’ll definitely e back for another visit. We especially enjoyed the location of this rental & the use of the kayaks. We were very close to manatee viewing and were able to enjoy them every day we were here. This rental had everything we needed.

We are all Florida natives; Pete grew up in Inverness which is the town next to our vacation condos and why we chose Crystal River. We like the laid back sleepy little town feel and fell in love with the areas springs, specifically Three Sisters. What started as a weekend get a way has turned into a wonderful place we are happy to share.

Why they chose this property

We chose Crystal River because I grew up close to the springs and remember swimming in them as a kid. I enjoyed frequent field trips and summer camps to see the manatees and swim in the springs. My first scuba trip was in King Springs, around the corner from our place. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we have....

What makes this property unique

Although the City officials do not want visitors for less than 90 nights and has outlawed vacation rentals, our property is Grandfathered in. Crystal River is a quiet little town with plenty to offer. The springs are beautiful and less than a 2 minute paddle from our dock. On any given morning you can see manatees and dolphin swim by our dock, boat or paddle to waterfront restaurants and enjoy the nature preserve in Kings Bay. A 7 mile scenic boat ride takes you to the Gulf of Mexico where there is fantastic fishing, nature viewing and in the summer, scallop harvesting. You will enjoy near by Homosassa Wildlife Park and Indian burial grounds which leave a lot to explore. Golf courses, bike/hiking trails close will allow for an active vacation if desired.
