Madeira Beach Yacht Club first floor condo located walking minutes
from the beautiful Florida Intercoastal Waterway of Boca Ceiga Bay
and the Gulf of Mexico.
This is a 100% newly renovated condo with more features than you can
imagine. Our condo has a screened enclosure to enjoy the fresh cool
tropical breeze and down to earth natural beauty only Florida can
offer. The Yacht Club is a gated community.
The unit comes fully equipped to have the most pleasurable time in
the Gulf Coast Region of Western Florida. The Yacht Club has two
heated pools and numerous on-site fishing piers.
Short distance walk to library, shopping, miniature golf, and night
clubs. Short drive (1 1/2 Miles) to Historic John's Pass with boat,
jet ski, rental, parasailing, gambling boat, shopping, etc. The list
is endless!
There is also a wealth of activity all within a short drive. If you
want to explore the local area the Suncoast Beach Trolley can take you
there for an all day pass of just $5.00 US. Operating daily from 5AM to !0PM
Madeira Beach is just 90 minutes from Orlando and all of it's
attractions. Join in on the best affordable vacation location

There are not enough words to describe this property! Chairs, toys, everything we needed and more! Very clean, lots of linens and close to everything. The adjacent park, compliments of the City of Madeira, is so perfect, super safe playground, lots of paths and a splash pad. Can’t wait to return!

Great Beach House

This is our third year staying at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club, but our first at this property. We chose this condo because of the great ratings and also being on the first floor. We were overall very happy with the condo, it had everything that we needed for a relaxing week at the beach.

First Trip to Madeira

Mayra's place was perfect for my first trip to Madeira. I went to surprise my family who goes every year. I am admittedly not a beach person and had to work remotely about 70% of the trip. That said, the condo was clean and had literally everything you need for cooking as well as great wifi. While it is not on the water, it is super close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. I liked being walking distance to the grocery store and a couple of restaurants. I ended up sleeping in the queen bed in the spare bedroom as I prefer a softer mattress and the master bedroom mattress was too firm for my liking. I had asked about this up front and knew about this before booking as Mayra told me exactly this when asked. This spare bedroom mattress was perfect! Shower pressure was great and A/C worked quickly and well. I have no complaints for this stay and would stay here again if I came back to Madeira!

Awesome condo

The condo was super clean, had everything you could need away from home, and then some. Just a short walk from the beach, Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, and CVS. The park was awesome! We even watched some baseball and softball games. The Boca Ciega Bay was on one side of the condos, and Madeira Beach was just down the street. There were 2 pools that were both very clean, a hot tub. Pool tables and workout rooms too. Very nice place!!

Condo is very clean, washer and dryer a major plus. All the items needed are there, bath towels, beach towels, linens, cookware, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, exercise room. Nice pool. Close to restaurants, stores etc... Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Christmas vacation

We enjoyed a week with our sons. The unit was comfortable and had plenty of room for us. There were lots of extras, such as beach chairs and toys, umbrellas, extra spices, sugar, paper towels, etc, which made the week more enjoyable. There was plenty of shade and plenty of sun by the pools. There was a very nice park across the road with tennis and basketball. The grounds were well maintained and it seemed like a very safe neighbourhood.

Hands down the best host yet! The condo was amazing, everything you need is there! There is a park directly across the street with a splash pad, 2 grocery stores very close by, the beach is about a 5 min. Walk, both pools are close to the unit, John's pass is within walking distance! We travel to the area a few times a year and hope this unit is available again! The condo had everything you'll need plus more! Pictures do no justice, extremely clean, plenty of space, this condo I0s a hidden GEMP!

Family beach vacation

The condo was very clean and had ample beading. My husband and I took our 19 year old son and his 2 friends. They each had their bed. John met us there and is super kind and friendly. He showed us everything and explained all out the complex. He even gave the boys ideas of where to fish! There was a grocery and plenty of restaurants with in walking distance. We could also walk to the beach! I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone! Thank you so much for sharing your condo!!

I liked that it was so close to Roc Park that I could walk by the water every day. We even saw dolphins! And my niece loved the playground. Nice property & owner was very responsive!
