About this property

Gorgeous....2 bedrooms 2 baths ground floor townhouse (upstairs/downstairs) unit right on the pool in a gated waterfront community! Both bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs. Master bedroom has a king bed, 55" Samsung Smart 4K TV and a walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Bathroom has a shower and a full-size washer & dryer. The 2nd bath is downstairs. Swim in the 2 community pools and enjoy the sun in the chaise lounges. There is a nice enclosed porch with a grill outside. Catch your own fish from the 3 private community fishing piers right here! The common area in the clubhouse has a billiards room with 2 pool tables, an impressive gym, men's and women's separate saunas with changing/shower rooms and there is also an indoor hot tub! MBYCC is a gated community with security cameras throughout the entire complex for our safety. It is on the water and only a short 5 minute walk to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Or walk to bars & restaurants - The Saltwater Hippie Beach Bar - Frabotta's Italian - The Daiquiri Deck. The ROC Park is next door with a ball field, tennis courts, play ground, splash pad, and basketball. A short 2 mile drive to the famous John's Pass Village for fishing charters, shopping, Bubba Gumps, Hooters, Overhead Surf Shop and so much more!

Archibald Beach Park is 0.3 miles away and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute by car.
Grocery store is 0.2 miles away, a 4 minute walk or a 1 minute drive.

Please respect our home just as you would respect your home. Excessive noise or rowdy complaints from owners will possibly require removal without a refund by condo association.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the condo at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

Absolutely Paradise

The property and location are perfect for a wonderful beach vacation. The property managers, Chris and Missy, were extremely responsive to questions and a minor issue (which was resolved with expediency). The condo is perfect for two people. The extra bedroom was great for guests that visited. The downstairs living area is a bit dark because the only windows go out to a huge lanai. But there is plenty of indoor lighting as needed. The owners have stocked the unit with everything you might need, including a wagon that you can load up with chairs, towels and a cooler for the beach. The beach is an easy 0.2 mile walk. It is a beautiful beach for walking, sunning, shelling and swimming! If you prefer poolside, the condo is located right on the large pool within the development. You walk out of the lanai onto the pool patio. Absolutely perfect for those windy days. The condo is well insulated so noise was not a factor at all. The location is extremely convenient with a beautiful park across the street for pickleball/tennis, grocery store, CVS pharmacy and many, many restaurants in walking distance. We highly recommend this development and unit. We are already looking forward to next year!

Wonderful property near the beach!

The hosts, Chris and Missy, are very invested in making sure you have a great stay in their condo. Chris personally checked us in. The condo is well stocked including a mini cooler to pack lunches. Loved the layout of this condo with the bedrooms upstairs. The condo is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect beach for walking, running and swimming. Across the street is CVS and a grocery store which was so convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay here again.

For example...say your flight arrives at 8:00am, you will not be able to check in until 4:00pm, so booking for the night before allows you to start your vacation right away after you land.
