Enjoy the heated indoor pool better open the glass garage door and bring the outdoors in while enjoying a view of the mountains through the 6 foot outdoor firepit. Rinse off in the adjoining pool shower or rest your muscles in the sauna room with room to stretch.

Shoot a game of pool on the pool table or enjoy one of the 100 classic video games on the arcade include modern games such as Golden Tee.

Admire the custom hand made zinc counter tops and farm sink and open modern kitchen in the great room with dining nook, couch to relax and oversized while enjoying incredible views through wall of windows.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time staying at this honeymoon cabin with my husband for a quick getaway. Besides a couple minor issues with the slow bathroom drain everything else was perfect. We definitely plan to stay here again. Just a heads up that the upstairs fireplace timer was not worker, so we had to turn it off manually. Elk Springs was great to work with and responded quickly to all my questions prior to our stay and following.

Tired Urban Cowboy

Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the location of the luxury cabin, far removed from the tourist trap of downtown Gatlinburg and nestled into the woods, positioned such that we never noticed our neighbors on either side. The cabin was clean and well furnished and supplied, but the pool had ants and a live salamander in it, and the plumbing in the upstairs bathroom was very sluggish. One sink was unusable, with the water barely trickling out of the faucet, and the other sink drained very slowly. The fireplace between the master bath and bedroom wasn't working, although the pilot light was lit. In addition, the helpful guidebook about the cabin and the rental procedures downstairs didn't mention that the jet tub upstairs was set to automatically turn itself on and blow its jets out every 24 hours. We had no idea what was happening when it loudly started up around 8 pm our first night, while we were downstairs watching TV. It sounded like something was winding up to explode, before shutting itself off. It wasn't until the second night, when I happened to be at the sink next to the tub brushing my teeth when it started up, that I realized it was the jet tub. I Googled what might be happening and realized it had been set up to do an automatic hygienic blow-out every 24 hours, to prevent mold and mildew build-up. It would be very helpful to put that in the book downstairs, so renters don't freak out when it happens, or post a sign about it next to the tub. And a note of warning that the jet tub, when activated, is so vigorous that it splashes water all over the floor, necessitating cleanup after using. We attempted to lower the strength of the jets using the plus and minus buttons, but had no luck changing the strength. The view of the trees and the distant mountains out of all those wonderful windows was fantastic but somewhat marred by the windows' dirtiness. Otherwise, our stay was very enjoyable.

The concerns you mentioned—especially the pool cleanliness, plumbing performance, fireplace operation, and window condition—do not meet our standards. We are addressing these items with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure they are fully resolved. We also appreciate you pointing out the confusion around the jet tubs automatic cleaning cycle. That must have been quite an unsettling surprise. Your suggestion to clearly note this in the guidebook and near the tub is extremely helpful, and we will be adding clearer instructions and warnings so future guests know what to expect. We will also look into the jet strength controls to make sure they are functioning properly. Please know that we keep staff on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback—it truly helps us improve. Super glad you still had an enjoyable stay overall, and we would love the opportunity to host you again with a smoother experience next time.
