Enjoy over 50 feet of sugar sand at this beautiful private beach house on Lake Huron!

Located just a couple miles from downtown AuGres, this cozy beachfront house has been fully updated including brand new furniture throughout, tile floor, appliances, HVAC, smart 55" TV, WIFI, new paint and decor! With new loft it can sleep up to 8-9 comfortably.

Bedroom #1 (downstairs lake view) has King size bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #2 (upstairs lake view) has one King size bed and pullout couch.
The upstairs has also has a loft area with new Queen, Full, and Twin beds and a shared full bathroom.

First floor walks out to your private sandy beach area (50 feet). Far from highways and noise, you'll enjoy being in a protected cove with clean shallow water and a sandy bottom; great for swimming, water games and children!

Sit and enjoy the peaceful waterfront views with several lounger and adirondack chairs which are perfect for roasting marshmallows around a beach bonfire!

This lake house is close to golf courses, canoeing, fishing, hiking, boating and downtown AuGres. Much more entertainment can be found in a short 15-20 minutes drive to East Tawas City.

Come enjoy time with family and friends relaxing on one of Michigan's Great Lakes!

Replace all outdoor furniture to original position (4 Adirondack chairs around firepit, 4 chairs on patio, & 4 lounge chairs in sandbox)
Turn off lights and AC up to 77 on departure. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No fireworks or firearms allowed on the property.
Nightly (minimum noise) quiet policy is from 9pm - 7am

Check in was easy. Better than the pictures! Good for kids over all, shallow water, plenty of space. You can hear everything downstairs from the loft space beds, so need to choose beds wisely. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, etc.

Waterfront June Stay in Au Gres

Property is in great condition and very clean. Comfortable furniture and beds. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Wonderful pots, pans, and utensils as well as the plates and silverware. Definitely not the typical mishmash from the local garage sale. I cannot overstate how comfortable and at home we were and didn't want to leave!! The beach almost deserves its own review because it was spectacular. Calm water and warm sugar sand, our kids lived in the water! Many memories were made and again we can't wait to go back!!!Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!!

With over 50 feet of private sugar sand beach front, 44 ft dock, and brand new 40 x 30 ft patio, we are excited to share our little piece of heaven with you and your family.
