Vacation in Paradise in this lovely 3/2 home just minutes from
Venice
Beach. Enjoy the real Florida lifestyle with great neighbors and
fun
filled excitement. The home is pale yellow with white trim and is
very inviting, residing in a very quaint neighborhood with access to
the community ferry and private beach. This beautifully landscaped
home may accommodate 6 persons. The home is completely modernized
as well as furnished to your liking. It has a large eat-in kitchen
with brand new over sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range,
oven, microwave and cookware. The Master Bdr has a Queen size
Scandinavian quality bed with pillow-top w/ private shower. The
second bdr as two twin beds which connects to bathroom w/ tub and
shower. The third bdr has a Queen size sleeper sofa and has a
separate entrance if you wish. The home has 2 televisions and
washer and dryer to make your visit feel more at home. You can
enjoy the tropical landscape and barbecue with friends on the
wooden deck , outdoor fireplace and Jacuzzi.
Bicycles, two double ocean canoes and other misc. items are provided for some family fun.

Home away from home

We loved this place. It was clean and provided lots of amenities: beautiful yard, deck with grill, lawn chairs, patio table, fire pit. Beds were very comfortable. And we were close to many trails with Florida critters and sunny beaches. Highly recommended.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest! The owners are absolutely excellent and responded to our needs so fast. Our favorite part of the house is how the owner painted majority of the paintings hanging on the walls. The house and area are beautiful and safe and the beach and downtown area is very close by. The hot tub was great as well! 100% rating!

Paradise in Venice

Spacious living areas. Nice neighborhood. Two patios for outdoor time. The home had abundant dish ware and towels. Needs dish rack and taller toilets for us Seniors. Had beach towels and Chairs- such a bonus. Cleanest VRBO we’ve. Ever used. The owners were immediately responsive to a couple questions we’d had. Thanks.

Wonderful Stay!

This was our first experience using Vrbo. The property was as advertised and the hosts were gracious and responsive. The pass to the ferry, that accompanies the rental, is an outstanding benefit. The beach was fantastic! We found lots of shark teeth and we had so much space it was almost as if we were on a private beach. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Biking hub

The location makes this an excellent place to bike to Sarasota, the beach, the island, Venice Ave or just in the neighborhood. There are five bikes at the property to make it happen. Lots more to enjoy if you don’t bike. The house and outdoor area are very comfortable and the owners are very responsive. Would stay again.

Our winter vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculate and the neighborhood was great. We never used the hot tub but did enjoy sitting on the deck. Shamrock park was just down the street for walking and bicycling--a great place to go.

Perfect location

Very nice neighborhood and close to everything. Only two issues, but doable. The beds were soft and would have preferred chairs with backs instead of stools at the kitchen table. The house was very well stocked with supplies, and the owners were accessible and very prompt with replies.

Cute and quiet!

We had a nice stay at this house. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. Extras like the ferry pass would make me want to stay again! Some nice updates in the house and plenty of areas to sleep. I was hoping the Jacuzzi would be less DIY but that's a small thing. Overall very pleased with our stay!

Home is very spacious and had all you needed and more for a vacation home. Short drive to the beach and stores. The Host was in constant contact to ensure we had all we needed. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking again in the near future as we love the Venice area.

I'm Home!!

Everything was GREAT!! It was conveniently located to nice beaches. The amenities were more than we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub, bbq grill, and bicycles. Hunting for shark teeth close by and watching the sunset over the gulf less than 10 min. away were also nice features. We would love to stay here again.

Great location! Fully stocked kitchen and everything was as promised. We loved the bicycles, riding the ferry to the private beach, and the park. My children would've liked a separate television-even one they could just watch dvds on in their bedroom but it was a wonderful home and thank you for sharing it with us. Also, your artwork was beautiful. The Cropper Family.
