Beautiful Home In Prestigious Neighborhood For Derby and other Select Dates!!!
For Rent is our 4000 sq ft. home located in the heart of St. Matthews in the prestigious neighborhood of Norbourne Estates. We are 10 miles from Churchill and walking distance to great restaurants and other activities in St. Matthews.
Our home underwent a massive addition and renovation during Derby Week of 2011, winning the Louisville Tour of Remodeled Homes top prize. You wont be disappointed.
We have all new appliances, HVAC, plumbing, windows and electric. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. A master with king-size bed, large walk-in shower and whirlpool tub, and a walk-out balcony. A queen with Jack and Jill Bathroom attached to another room with Queen bed. Finally, a platform bed with walk-in closets. There are 3 full bathrooms upstairs. We have a half-bath on the main floor, and another half bath in the partially finished basement. We also have a large, attached, 2 car garage.
