NEWLY RENOVATED 3 bedrooms (4 beds) with a bonus sleeping area in the basement, 3 full bathrooms. This entire home is perfect for professionals traveling to Louisville. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the fresh, open concept living space. Sleeps 8 in beds.

This home is located in Louisville's beautiful East End. Very short drive to dozens of restaurants, groceries, shopping, entertainment, etc.
The home has 3 bedrooms on the main floor and an additional room with a bed in the basement. The entire space was renovated in winter 2022. The home has an abundance of living space on the upper and lower levels.

-Cameras located on exterior. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay.
-NO CABLE TELEVISION, GUESTS CAN UTILIZE SMART TV BY LOGGING IN WITH THEIR OWN STREAMING APPS

Wonderful neighborhood with a large variety of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, bars, etc. One of the best locations in Louisville.

Neighborhood is walkable. Lyft or Uber can get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in Louisville for $25 or less (normal rates) but be prepared to pay increased rates Derby weekend. Rentable scooters available in the area.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.

Great house and location!!

Lovely house and great stay!!!

We stayed at Home Sweet Hayden for 4 nights as we were in town for Cross Country Nationals at Tom Sawyer State Park. The house was perfect for our family: room to spread out, but cook and eat together. Room for my teenage son to enjoy the spacious downstairs rec room and bedroom with his own bathroom. The house was recently updated and is very fresh and modern with lots of light. Kitchen well outfitted. Super quiet neighborhood. The most comfortable beds and mattresses. Very clean and superb communication, We would definitely stay again!!!!

Great guys trip getaway spot!

Planned a guys trip to Louisville to hit the Bourbon Trail and see some of the cool spots in town… this is a great place to stay - clean, ample room, huge basement area living room with a super comfortable couch, and convenient to both Louisville/outlying areas! Very communicative host, and easy check-in/checkout process. Would definitely come back again!

KY TRIP WITH FRIENDS

This was a wonderful place to stay for 3 couples or for a family. 3 bedrooms were on the main level with 2 bathrooms, and a 4th bedroom and bath were in the basement. There was a huge living room/wet bar in the basement, which would have been wonderful, if we had been at the house long enough to take advantage of it! We loved having this home to go to each night and relax. Highly recommend it!
