We also appreciate you mentioning the starter supplies. We provide an initial supply of items like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap to help guests get settled in for the first day or two, and guests replenish them as needed after that. It's an industry standard and we try so hard to make sure our guests are prepared by sending out several emails with that information before they arrive. There is; however, a closet in the king room. It's to the right of the door when you walk in. We will take your suggestions into consideration and work on improving these aspects.
